Great Product

Without a doubt this is the most professionally manufactured product I have ever assembled!!! Every piece fit together perfectly, unlike other products I have purchased that were made outside of the United States and required making adjustments or drilling new holes.

Do not hesitate to purchase this! It was super easy to put together. The sides actually clip together. It did take two of us since we needed to balance it to lock it into place. We put this together within an hour. Super easy. And uses a 110 outlet.

It was hard to put together two walls. Had too improvise because there's a warped wall. Didn't notice the slip of paper in packaging that states a wall is intentionally warped. This makes two buckles not latch because now they are loose. It works well. Says it's a two people spa, but for two people it's small. I would feel more confident in its durability if the walls and floor actually were secured to each other. For the price it is worth it. Hopefully it stands the test of time!

I've seen some reviews stating that it did not get hot enough. It gets pleeeenty hot. See pic

Shipping was timely with good communication. Delivery personnel were professional and careful. It took my son and I approximately two hours to complete the assembly. I have used the unit ten times and absolutely love it. I set the heat to 125 degrees which is perfect for my liking. I enjoy the Bluetooth compatibility and the different lighting. The unit is an attractive piece of furniture. I am very happy with this purchase.

I love our sauna! I wish I wouldve made this purchase sooner. It was so simple to assemble my boyfriend couldnt believe the ease and quality of everything. The way it was packaged was impressive. Everything arrived in perfect condition with no damage and the delivery team was efficient and friendly! Ive been using it for a few days now and am already feeling the benefits. It heats up quickly and evenly when youre ready to use it. I love the reading light and the option to change colors of the light because Ive taken a book in with me every time. Highly recommend!!!

I LOVE my sauna. Its a refuge for relaxation and well-being. It takes about 20 minutes to really heat up and then just get in, sit down, listen to music from the Bluetooth speakers and relax. Its large enough for 2 people to sit comfortably. I make it a point to use several times a week. It fits perfectly in my home office, which makes it even more convenient. You can change the color lighting or sometimes just sit and close your eyes.

Wonderful Sauna - So Many Benefits!

I’ve had this Sauna for almost two years. It works amazing and feels so good. The temperature doesn’t ever seem to get to what I set it at but it’s always hot enough to work up an amazing sweat and feel all the benefits of an infrared sauna. This was easy to put together and easy to use. I love the Bluetooth feature which allows me to listen to music or audiobooks while I relax. I feel better knowing it’s low EMF.

I honestly don't know how they can afford to produce and ship such a high-quality product at this price! I we have been using it now for over a month. My girlfriend who is super active uses it 5 to 6 times a week and I'm an aging, (69) but still competitive athlete and I'm in at 4 to 5 times. Definitely one of the best health investments I've ever made! Definitely purchase the optional back rests!

We are very happy with the sauna. There were couple of small hiccups with assembly. First, the instructions say 2 people are needed for assembly, but especially for installing the front panel and the two side panels, you really need 3 people to be safe. Also, one of the brackets to secure the back panel was broken. Im hoping we can get a replacement for it. Also, the instructions could be clearer. Other than that, everything worked great and were really enjoying the sauna.

It arrived strapped to a pallet and pretty tall. I did unload it myself piece by piece, and it was a heavy and hard job (Im 54 150 pound female for reference). It was packaged extremely well, nothing was broken and only some mild scrapes on the corners of the panels which I plan on touching up with a cedar wood colored pen. Putting it together was a lot of work that took three people, not two. Initially the first panel wouldnt slide into place, so I had to use wd40 in the grooves for both sides. Once they were locked into the correct place it was quickly assembled. Everything worked perfectly the first run machine heated up to around 140 degrees in 45 minutes, all heaters are firing, the Bluetooth picked right up with no issue, and I broke a sweat sitting inside in less than 10 minutes. Im a sauna regular, so very pleased with the results. I had priced similar saunas that were double and triple this price and Im so glad I went with this option. It looks great and seems to work perfectly so far

I've always wanted an infrared sauna after having the old fiberglass style that you sit in and your head sticks out. Delivery guys were great and carried the large boxes in carefully wearing their masks. They suggested lying them down for safety. Everything was carefully and safely packaged. We unpacked until we came to the roof which contained the assembly directions as stated on the outside of the box. Really easy to put together, but still recommend you read through just so you know what is coming. Definitely takes 2 adults to assemble because pieces are large. It was as easy as putting a huge Lego set together. Everything fit perfectly. The directions were descriptive although the pictures were a bit dark to see what they were trying to show you. The only issue we had was clipping the last buckle on the back panel because it fits so tightly. I read afterwards that it helps if someone is inside the sauna pushing outward. Everything else was easy and the sauna holds pretty steady around 140 even if we open the door to step out for a break. Speakers are great, hooked up to bluetooth effortlessly. Colored lights are a cool addition. We placed it on our enclosed front porch. Awesome purchase!

I have been wanting a sauna for a long time now and finally took the dive. Very reasonably priced and was delivered within two weeks. Assembly was super easy as well, only needed a friend to help steady the panels while i attached them. Had my first session this morning and it was amazing. Started it before my workout and it was at 130 degrees within a half hour. I am so stoked on this and am looking forward to all the health benefits that come with it. If youre on the fence about getting one of these saunas Im telling you to take the dive. It is well worth it.

Very pleased

The sauna is exactly as described. It was quite simple to put together though it does take some strength to carry the panels to the sauna location, assembly was simple and straight forward. The unit has performed perfectly in every capacity for the past couple of months. We use it very frequently. The colored lighting is nice and the Bluetooth capability is a great feature. We use the “Spa” channel on Pandora for relaxing music. Very happy with the purchase.

Truly enjoy this sauna! This unit was very easy to set up. I am certainly not handy and my wife and I unpacked and set it up in about an hour and a half. The pieces all fit together well. The panels are heavy so it will require a second person to hold them in place. It seems very well made. It heats up quickly and gets up to 145 degrees in about an hour. The LED lights have a remote to adjust colors and brightness. The MP3 bluetooth sounds great. We are VERY happy with this purchase.

Two reviews. First the sauna. Amazing. I never thought I could get a sauna for this price. Don’t hesitate. Second review. Buying it here. Better priced than Amazon or other companies I looked at and shipping was amazing. And here’s why I’ll buy from these guys again. I won’t need another sauna for a while but they have other stuff. They provided the best customer service. I won’t go into detail, but these days it’s the small things. My expectations are usually never met now a days but this company exceeded. You should see all my one star reviews on google. Today- I Couldn’t be happier.

Super Sauna

After looking at many saunas, I decided to go with the Versailles. The packaging was excellent and the driver put the pallet right in the garage, when it was delivered. It took me about 1.5 hrs to uncrate and assemble with a little help from my wife to hold the first two pieces. I love the smell of the fresh cut Hemlock inside and with the colored lights alternating through every color, just makes the experience super relaxing while listening to my favorite music. I’m actually building a back rest from all the plywood in the packaging. It was well worth the investment.

Absolutely fantastic sauna!

I ordered the Golden Designs INC Dynamic "Versailles" 2-person Infrared Sauna as a birthday present for my wife and is everything we expected it to be and a little more (it was even large enough to fit a spin bike). The assembly is a marvelous design and was incredibly easy to assemble. I really appreciate the number of heating elements as it provides full heat coverage. I also want to mention how I am impressed with how fast the sauna arrived. It originally appeared that it was going to be back-ordered and take several weeks from when it was first expected, instead it arrived on the first scheduled date (just before my wife's birthday). I am very pleased that I purchased that particular sauna and also that I purchased it from Fitness Equipment Now.

Our sauna arrived as expected and was put together by my husband and myself in about 3.5 hours, it was not that difficult but the instructions do need improvement, it really would not take that much effort to make the pictures and diagrams larger and focused properly. That being said my first sauna was amazing, made me feel invigorated and clean, actually, even though you begin to sweat almost immediately. I took a short shower just before entering, which enhanced my experience. I could breathe easily in the sauna and felt relaxed, i stayed in 25 minutes at 125 degrees, which is the temperature we intend to keepit at. I plan to use this "contraption" as my loving husband refers to it, for years and it's going to keep me young. One of the best investments that we have made for our health. I have to mention that the quality of the craftmanship is outstanding. Loving it!

Best healthy feeling EVER

The delivery of our infrared sauna was great! No cracks or anything at time of drop off. The assembly of the sauna took me and my fiance less than two hours to put together. I just LOVE what it does to my skin afterwards it gives me a rosy appearance because it increases blood flow (which is a health benefit) my hands arent cold as they usually are because of the increased blood flow to my hands . as well, i feel like i just ran 2 km! Its reduced my stress levels, given me a more healthier skin, even my senses are a little heightened; Ive even lost weight!! I remember sweating black sweat (which was probably tar) from a couple nights before when I was smoking; from then on I had no urge to smoke .. cool!!!!! My body looks leaner, more muscular, and defined! They say each 30 min session you burn 600 calories. Were in there for, at least, 45 min! Weve had our sauna going at 55-58 degrees celcius before we jump in! Eventually, the sauna will heat up faster when its used often; the first inital periods it will take a little longer to heat up. Ive had no door problems neither the infrared carbon heaters. Also, it doesnt consume a lot of power either! Though it doesnt need a dedicated outlet with nothing else plugged into it. Either than that I LOVE IT!
