Bigger than our previous bowl but still works for our small-ish dog and her small portion size

Slows her down.

We have an Aussie/Golden puppy that eats faster than any dog I’ve ever seen. This is much larger than she needs, but she seems to enjoy it and gets the tiny kibble pieces out of the smallest compartments. Haven’t notice any bad behavior (knocking it over, chewing it, etc). It’s not the easiest to clean but it’s fine. Takes her much longer to eat 1.25 cups of kibble.

This bowl has been great for our super fast eater. We bought a few of this brand. The depth is great which also makes it harder. Washes well on top rack too! I would definitely buy more when these wear out!

Great bowl

Dog likes it and it cleans up well in the dishwasher. Only gave it 4 stars because it slides around a lot as she eats. Some kind of grip on the bottom would be very helpful.

Great slow feeder!

Our older dog recently switched from kibble to fresh food, and we needed a way to feed her the new food slowly with minimal mess. (We’d been hand-feeding her the kibble.) I liked the unique design of this one and that it’s made in the USA, so I ordered one to try; after a couple weeks of using it, I’m back to order another one. (Actually, since they’re on sale, I’m ordering three so our puppy can eventually use them also!) The honeycomb easily holds an entire meal and keeps our 60-lb basset mix from scarfing her food; despite not being highly food-motivated, she seems to enjoy the challenge of cleaning every nook and cranny. After that, it’s easily washed in the dishwasher. It also doesn’t irritate her nose/muzzle like some plastic slow feeders we’ve tried in the past. Definitely a winner!

Perfect for raw

Love this dish, it fits an entire raw meal for my wheaten terrier. Cleans up perfectly in the dishwasher, top rack. And the best part, Sodapup bowls aren’t hollow plastic, the bottom is smooth, so it doesn’t collect dishwasher water when it’s flipped upside down.

Both of my dogs really enjoy this bowl. They eat slower and seem to appreciate the opportunity to forage. The fact that these are solid and well made was a huge plus for me. Also they're dishwasher safe and made of food grade materials. Size appropriate for both of my dogs (Corgi and a GSD).

Amazing For Food Vacuums

My dog is a food vacuum. He just inhales his food. This bowl specifically has taken his eating time to maybe 2 minutes to 5-8 minutes minimum. I absolutely love it. It's easy to was in the dishwasher.

Best Slow Feed for our Senior

This is the best slow feeder for our senior dog. He eats kibble that is hydrated with chicken stock and we put his vitamins in there as well. 1 cup of kibble and 1 cup of stock so 2 cups total and it works great! It's deep enough that it really forces him to slow down and sturdy enough that it doesn't get knocked over by his aggressive sniffing.

Not worth it

I use a ton of slow feeders with my dogs and am always looking for new ones to try. I've seen positive reception to some of SodaPup's other items so when I saw this Honeycomb design was available on chewy, I ordered right away.

Honeycomb eBowl

I use this with dry kibble just to slow the feeding down. It is a great idea but the pups don't eat that much wet food so it looks like I have been light on and well the pups wouldn't have that! Nice and solid and will be around for a loooong time.
