Excellent customer service from 6save Enterprise
My order for Honeywell TH3110D1008 Home Non-Programmable Digital Thermostat was delayed for whatever the reason but was delivered nearly two weeks later. Walmart would not return the thermostat because it was handled by a 3rd party store, 6th Avenue Electronics. I phone them personally and explained the situation to their customer service. I was told to not worry about returning the item and they would give me a credit. I had purchased a protection plan, Walmart cancelled and refund the money for protection plan. I really appreciated 6save Enterprise for their kindness in handling the situation. Excellent customer service of 6th Ave Electronics' end.
Honeywell TH3110D1008
It replaces the original, seven-year unit, where the temp control buttons no longer worked. Just replaced the old faceplate with the new. Perfect.
