Incorrect Product twice.

I ordered one bottle of the "Multi Surface Cleaner" on July 5th and received the "Hard Surface Cleaner". I called Hartville On-Line order customer service and they sent out what they claimed was the "Multi Surface Cleaner" free of charge. I received another bottle of the "Hard Surface Cleaner" on July 19th. I now have 2 bottles of the "Hard Surface Cleaner but Still don't have what I paid for. Original order # HWEB55083

Remarkable - Cleanest Floors Ever

Buying that Hoover Prime machine and the cleaning solutions was the best thing I ever did. I first did my kitchen floor. Wow. It smelled so fresh and clean. Then we had a problem with fleas in our living room despite using flea meds and repellants. So I vacuumed thoroughly, washed all of the covers. Then cleaned the wood floors with the all purpose wash and bam- the dirt that came up was AMAZING!! Then applied a simple handwax and my floors look better than ever. THANK YOU!. Incredible.

I have used this Hoover multi-surface cleaner many many times. It's very effective and does a remarkable job on dirt and stains on carpet. Unfortunately, I ordered this exact product, but received a different Hoover cleaner. It was only for Hardwood floors. I used it on my wood floors and was very disappointed. I suspect this mix-up was a vendor's responsibility? I'm not sure.

We have been using this Renewal Multi-Surface Cleaning formula for a few weeks now in our PowerDash Hard Floor Cleaner. It is amazing. It does a great job cleaning my hardwood floors. It does not leave behind any type of residue. It also doesn't have any distinctive odors left behind. I will continue to use this floor cleaning formula. Even after not cleaning the floors for a while, the floor cleaner does a great job getting them back clean. Amazing!

Awesome cleaner!

This multi surface cleaner did an amazing job at cleaning my laminate floors! I was quite impressed with the job well done. My floors were so dirty and this cleaner did a wonderful job at making my laminate floors look squeaky clean. I have two dogs who are so messy and unfortunately still mark around my house. This cleaner did a great job at lifting those nasty stains that I've missed and left the house smelling clean. I have tons of laminate in my home and cleaning can be difficult for me. I'm impressed and quite happy with the results from the renewal cleaning formula. A little goes a long way by the way! I love that it didn't need so much of the cleaner when cleaning my floors.

Smells Great

It is not often that you come a cross a product that actually does and works exactly how it says it should. I honestly didn't have any faith when I got this product that it would actually work. I opened the bottle and it had a very pleasant clean scent which I really enjoyed, so I put it into my PowerDash machine and began cleaning my kitchen floor. I had noticed my floors have seemed to become dull so I was hoping that a renewal cleaner would help. Not only did it help it almost made my floors look brand-new; they have a shine to them that I do not remember them having. I was worried that after I cleaned my floors and it having a shine that the product was going to leave a sticky residue on them; however, that was not the case whatsoever. The floors look so nice, are not sticky and my house smells clean. I actually feel like my floors are clean, I am so excited for this product and I have and will continue to recommend this to anyone who has hard wood floors that are dull and dirty as you will not be disappointed by this product at all.

Smells great

Renewal Multi-Surface Cleaning Formula 32oz is a great product. I love using it on my tile floors. I love how well it works on my tiled floor. I have only used it so far on tile floors and can attest to how well it works on tile floors. It has a great orange smell that really makes my home smell great. This cleaner does a great job of removing some of the sticky messes my 2 year old and 4 year old achieve throughout the day. The back of the bottle has instructions on how much solution to use with water. The cap has numbers that correlate with those instructions to make for an easy time measuring the solution out. The cap also makes it easier to pour with.

Works great

I used this in my hard floor scrubbing machine and I like it quite well. I don't have to use very much of it to get my hard floors clean. It's easy to measure and pour, and has a fresh, clean fragrance. My floors look nice after cleaning with it, but I kind of wish the scent was stronger so that I could enjoy the smell of freshly cleaned floors longer. The small bottle of solution that came with my floor machine is enough for multiple uses, and the big bottle will surely last me for a very long time. It's a good value for sure.

Love The Smell of Clean!

I used this cleaner to clean my kitchen and den floors and it picked up dirt and stains nothing else had been able to budge. You only have to use a miniscule amount in water for it to work. One of the stains it picked up had been on the floor since I purchased the house 5 years back, and yes, I had tried many ways to get that stain off. I had resorted to keeping a rug over it but now that is not necessary! This has a very pleasant smell too which lingers for hours. Coming back into my home after being away, it is nice to know this pretty scent is what others smell rather than a dirty home.

I bought this Hoover Renewal cleaner over a month ago and I am super impressed! Since purchasing this product, I have used it multiple times and each time this cleaner has left my hardwood floors shining like new! This cleaner gets all the dirt and grim off of your floors leaving your floors look like you had just scrubbed them on your hands and knees! I also love that this cleaner doesn't leave behind a sticky film on your floors and leaves no streaks behind! When you use this product your floors will not only be clean but your house will smell AMAZING! Thank you Hoover for continuing to make great products!

My FAVE Hoover Cleaner of all...

I buy this Hoover Renewal Multi-Surface cleanser about once every 3-4 months. It's perfect to use on my hardwoods a well as the little "mishaps" on my carpeting. I mostly use their Oxy Formula for my carpets but for my hardwoods, this is always on-hand in my cleaning/laundry room. We have a 2000 sq. ft. one-level ranch style home in the suburbs, so kids are running in and out, daily, as well as our small, long-haired dog and cat. So... very busy, high traffic household. The price for the 32 oz. bottle is outstanding and I like knowing that I am using "name-brand" cleansers to match my ONEPWR FloorMate Jet Cordless cleaner for Hardwoods. Very versatile cleaner and dependable enough that I know I won't have to pre-treat my floors when I'm using it, or have to go over them but once... nice value.

It smells so good

The first thing I noticed about this product is it smells absolutely amazing. Secondly it cleans with ease. We are a large family and messy big and small happens daily in my house. This cleaned without leaving streaks or a sticky feeling. I used this with the Hoover onepwr cordless and they work great together. Not only did it clean the mess off of my hardwood floors but my daughter dropped some juice on my rug and it got it out. Left it smelling amazing. I have never been one to use a floor cleaner I am know wondering how I have made it this long without using the proper floor cleaner. This will definitely be my go to brand.

Great cleaning solution

This Hoover Renewal Multi-Surface Cleaning Formula works really well. It has a light citrus scent and gets my floors very clean. I use it on multiple floor surfaces- hardwood, tile, vinyl, and they are left shiny and sanitary. It lifts up all of the daily dirt & grime without leaving a residue. It doesn't smell harsh, but gentle and fresh and is effective. This works great it in my ONEPWR FloorMate JET Cordless Hard Floor Cleaner. I like the big 32oz bottle size and its lid that doubles as a measuring cup with built-in spout. I would recommend it.
