great stick vac but arrived with no filter. Help
Powerful, quiet stick vac, very good. However, it arrived with no filter. I have tried to obtain a filter but have no idea how to find one or where to get it. Please help
It sucks, and not in a good way
I should have known not to buy a Hoover, my last one years ago wasn’t great and this one is worse. I have a small house and can’t even do the whole place on one full charge. The canister is so small I have to empty it several times while using. It has ok power but not great, especially on carpet or while using the hand-held nozzle attachment. The mounting bracket is awkwardly made so it’s difficult to attach to the wall without a special extended screwdriver used at an odd angle. I’ll use it until it either dies or I get fed up with it, then I’ll get a Dyson
can't find a replacement head
the hose on the head broke, saw another review with the same issue I have. started using the product in February 2024 and the hose broke in August.
Works great
This cordless vacuum is so convenient, the battery lasts long enough to vacuum the whole house with time to spare!
First cordless
Very nice vacuum, good suction, battery life is just enough to do kitchen and living/dining room
Really happy with my purchase
Good suction power/but not on all items
I purchased this because of the good reviews. I have wood and tile floors, with carpet runners on a couple of areas. While the suction power is great when using on the floors, once i start to vacuum an area rug, the vacuum stops working as it gets "stuck". I have to shut off and restart and I am not able to vacuum the edges. I also have a dog bed that the vacuum will not vacuum at all. All my other vacuums would vacuum the dog bed without issues. Also, the one thing the reviews did say, was the battery duration. I am not able to vacuum my entire house on one charge. It also takes awhile to charge the battery, and extra batteries cost almost as much as a corded vacuum. I am considering returning this item.
Dyson Beater
Had a Dyson prior to this, This machine sucks as well, is much quieter and batter lasts longer, its a winner for me.
Battery has very low life span
The vacuum itself is great and gets the 5 stars BUT, the battery life really sucks. I can barely get my living room vacuumed before it turns off. My living room isn't even big. It's about 10' x 10'. I have to charge the battery every single night. I really want to give this product the full 5 stars but because of the battery I won't. I really hope Hoover works on their batteries because ALL of their products are top tier.
Pas contente de mon achat
Produit endommagé et pas apte pour la vente. Il a été retourné
WORST VACUUM CLEANER - BATTERY DIES IN 10 MINUTES
I bought this because it was recommended by a professional cleaner. It is the WORST vacuum cleaner I have ever had. It's suction is terrible. Floors still covered in pet hair. Wont suck up much at all. The battery lasts barely 10 minutes. It was fully charged and I used it in my lounge and it didnt finish the 5x7m loungeroom. It is also very top heavy, so if you have upper arm problems, it will not be suitable for you. I do not recommend this vacuum.
Battery doesn't last very long; suction is decent
I'm mostly taking the time to write a review because I'm very unimpressed with the battery. I cannot get my 2-bedroom house down on one charge which is frustrating. My battery is also very slow to charge.
Need replacement belt didn't last long disappointe
The belt needs to be replaced and I can't find one to
not very durable
bought product in February of 2024 and the hose in the neck broke in September from regular use and now there is no suction. Product didn't even last one year. Good battery life though.
Not worth the money!
I have had this item for a few months now. Absolutely dislike!! It’s heavy, not enough suction, battery doesn’t last long enough, frequently have to go over the same spot. When removing the wand to get at smaller areas you loose most suction. It’s angled and hard to reach small places!! Would not recommend!! Will revert back to a plug in floor model! Epic Fail!!
Broken
Still broken. Charged all night and would only stay on for 5 seconds then shut off. Clearly wasn’t fixed when sold. Will never buy refurbished again.
So far so good!
Had this vacuum for a few weeks now and no complaints. powerful suction, good battery life and works good under furniture with the added headlight light.
Wish the battery laste longer
I would give it 5-stars if not for the terrible battery life. Everything about this vacuum is great . . EXCEPT FOR THE BATTERY LIFE!!! Battery lasted around 25-mins when new. After about 8mths the battery started dying around 15-mins in. When it's going, it's going well. It's so frustrating to have it shut off halfway through my housework. Otherwise, works excellent, easy to empty and clean.
Unfortunatelly disappointed
I purchased this vacuum because it was cordless, came with two batteries, cheaper than a Dyson and I trusted the Hoover brand. I had it for about 3-4 months and wanted to try it out for a significant amount of time before writting a review. I was so excited to use it. Unfortunatelly, I was dissapointed. To start off, the vacuum is way heavier than others and if you have any wrist, arm and shoulder problems, do avoid it because it will worsten the pain. Secondly, the vacuum lower part, even though it comes with a light, which is great, is too balky, you will not be able to reach narrow places and will have to go over with the manual vacuum. It is not flexible and will not pick up the dirt in many corners or edges. Even though the vacuum comes with 2 batteries, I also purchased a 3rd one just to be safe. My condo is a two room 1000 sq. inches much smaller than a house and my 3 batteries are used up before even completing my clean up. It is clearly made for small places. I do regret my purchase and should have paid the extra couple hundred dollars for a Dyson vacuum. It clearly does not live up to the price they ask for it nor to my basic expectations.
