big disappointment

The blanket is beautiful, but I am angry. I ordered a king size and yes, it was on clearance but it’s not a king size. Be aware when you purchase this look at the size that they’re sending you because I’m lucky if this is a full size and I ordered a king.

Comforter light as air and will keep you warm.

Air light! I LOVE this comforter! It is so light I don't even know it's on me, however, it keeps me so warm that it's almost conflicting with my AC in the summertime. Either way I am so glad I made this purchase, best comforter I've ever owned!

Not happy with this at all

I just got this and needed to wash it. Once out of the dryer it was very linted and yes, I washed it by itself. The stuffing in the squares is all balled up, so it looks like the bed isn't even made. It's all lumpy. Would return if I could. Not sure what return policy is.

Very Pleased

I bought this on sale for a very very good price! So I was a little leery, but to my surprise this is a very well made comforter! It is just the right weight for my liking!I bought the King Size for my Queen Sized bed because lately , when ever I buy Queen Sized from anyone they seem to be a little skimpy! It fits just the way I wanted it to on my bed. I bought Khaki color and love it

Really good purchase

Beautiful dark navy and sky blue reversible comforter. Thick weight and good stitching. Very comfortable and warm. Unfortunately the dry cleaners charged more than I actually paid for the comforter.

Terrible, Terrible QUALITY!!

I purchased a Reversible Down Alternative Full/Queen Comforter in October 2023. I liked it, as well as the price, so I ordered three more in January 2024. Sorry now that I did not wait until I actually used it before purchasing three more. After two weeks, I noticed a large perfectly round stain. THE STAIN DID NOT COME OUT in the wash. Thinking it was a fluke, I put another one on the bed. After 10 days, it, too, had two perfectly round smaller stains. There is absolutely NO OTHER EXPLANATION that accounts for the stains except that THE COMFORTERS ARE DAMAGED. Unfortunately, the return window is closed, so I must keep all of them and deal with them. Additionally, the comforter purchased in January is much bigger than the first one purchased last year. My review is a cautionary tale. Don't make the same mistake I made.

Like a cloud

When I received it in the mail, it was packed very well! But I’m not going to lie, I was hesitant about purchasing only because I’ve always had bad luck when it comes to buying blankets or comforters. To my surprise, when I opened it, it felt like a big, fluffy cloud! The fabric is nice and cooling, and it’s stuffed to perfection! It just feels like a cloud.

Like a Blue Fluffy Cloud

I bought this for my son. He only has a twin size bed, but he likes to have a big blanket. The quality is amazing just as I would expect. The fabric is soft and it’s stuffed to perfection! Feels like you’re on a cloud! I love that it’s reversible too! 😊

Cozy comforter

My Royal luxe reversible down alternative comforter is exactly what I was looking for. it is lightweight although it's still keeps warm in cold temperatures. Great for layering and adding a pop of color to a room. I have not run it through the wash multiple times yet but will add an edit once I do. It seems like it will have some good life on it, like a medium high end quality. Great to store as a spare blanket for guests or for travels. I am thinking of adding tassels and appliques on it.

Great value comforter

Nice soft comforter. Fits our king bed well. I like that it is reversible. It appears to be a better quality than many other comforters I've purchased through the years.

Disappointed

The comforter is very short, I ordered a King size and the comforter have less than 2 inches long on each side, looks ugly. Seems like is for a queen size bed. The length of the comforter on the picture posted does not match at all the real one.

Great Buy

Very nice comforter at an extremely fair price. It is not heavy and considered high end, but it is worth every penny. Pattern makes it very easy to make sure it is on properly. If you are looking for a new comforter/bedspread, this is well worth it!

as advertised

I purchased the khaki color on sale and loveeeeeee the comforter. I followed the wash instructions and washed it before use. It is soft and smooth. It’s not too fluffy just like the picture. It is very comfortable and am definitely going to purchase another one.

Turn off your bright lights!

This is fine. It has a good weight. The color is atrocious. The yellow is much more vibrant (not in a good way) than it appears in the picture.

MISREPRESENTED BY THE PHOTO ONLINE -- BEWARE

The online picture makes the comforter look like a buttercup yellow and light gray. When it arrived, it was a NEON yellow, very bright and a dark gray. I went to return it, and it said that it was a final sale and non-returnable. NOT COOL, MACY'S. This item was misrepresented. I'd have passed it by if I had seen this in the store. I am never going to shop online at Macy's again.

nice comforter

Comforter is nice, but it looks thicker in the picture. I purchased the maroon/pink one. The colors are not as bright & pretty as the picture. The pink is more of a mauve color and the maroon is a dull looking g color.

not a true king size

Bought 3 of these and had to return all of them. They don’t fit at all like the pictures show. They literally only cover the surface of the mattress. They do not hang on the sides at all. I DO NOT recommend this product.

pleasantly surprised.

Blanket it light but fluffy. Southern California perfect. Poofy enough to snuggle into and warm enough I couldnt use it in the summer which is great right? Soft to the touch and you cant feel any of the stiching but it is throughout keeping everything in place. Has been machine washed on regular and dried just the same. I would have used gentler settings but my son did not and it is just fine. Poofy right out of the dryer. The colors are extremely brite but for the price I couldn't pass it up and am so pleased. I bought two that day from the sale being so good, came back for another and stopped for this review. If your not entering into a fashion show grab these. The color wasnt a concern for the price. If you like yellow this is your comforter.

Beyond my expectations beautiful

This is a beautiful, cozy, warm, well-made comforter. I absolutely love this I have not washed it yet, so I don’t know how it washes. And if it holds up well afterwards. In terms of the blanket itself beautiful cozy, well-made quality.

Cheaply made.

I happened across this Macy's Sale one afternoon. Beautiful Comforters at a crazy price. I found one I liked and halfway through checking out there was a great gift at no cost ... a set of shams or pillow cases, I cant remember. I clicked Yes. Of course I like something FREE.. I never recieved the free pillow covers and the Comforter is so cheaply made. Not what I would expect from MACY's It was a good price for a reason....
