Very soft but light

This rug is really nice and feels very soft. However, it is quite light, so it can move around easily. You might want to use table legs or floor stickers to keep it in place. Just be careful with strong adhesives; I used wall frame holders, and they pulled some of the rug's fibers off when I tried to remove them.

I love this rug for my living room! I would say it’s pretty accurately described. Some of the reviews say they thought it’s too thin but the pictures show exactly how the rug is and clearly show its low pile. It’s still a very soft rug even though it’s low pile. I got a rug pad to go under mine to stop it from sliding around, which also adds a little bit of cushioning. There was a slight chemical smell after opening but it went away within an hour or so, I also sprayed Febreez fabric spray on it which i think definitely helped too. Maybe I was lucky but it unraveled completely flat for me almost immediately. It doesn’t have any wrinkles and the corners were flat too. I was very nervous about buying a rug online without seeing it in person but I’m really happy with it! I like the abstract look to it and the blues in this rug are so pretty. Overall I don’t really have much negative to say about it aside from the slight smell but it went away pretty quickly.

I would like to first point out that this is day one of my area rug being unfolded. After reading reviews, I expected it to be a lot more wrinkled but as you can see in the pictures, it’s laying pretty nicely...just very minimal wrinkles as you can see in the pictures. The rug is thin but you can always put a pad under if that’s your preference. The rug does have a new carpet smell which is normal and doesn’t bother me. If you visit a carpet store, you would smell the same scent....smells like something new kind of like when you buy a new car. The scent will subside in time. It looks very similar to the picture. The trimmings are grey but in the picture it appears black. It’s soft & does feel a little slippery. I’m still decorating and this is a nice added touch to the space.

Serves its purpose for the price! Colors and everything was what I thought it would be. It’s been like a week I think and it’s finally completely flattened out for the most part (you can help the process along by putting heavy stuff on each fold and each corner). I bought this rug for my bedroom, I was worried it would have too much white but thankfully I got one that was prominently blue. Not to be the softest plush rug that feels like a cloud. I think some reviewers were expecting way too much out of this rug for this cheap. If you really want that super thick lux feeling area rug that’s high quality, then this is not the rug for you. I would suggest going to************* I paid $*** for my area rug in my living room and it has held up great! So again, this one serves its purpose and looks good doing it, but don’t expect a lot out of it for the price. I will also mention that if you have hardwoods or laminate flooring, you will DEFINITELY need to order a rug liner! No question about it! We’re slipping and sliding all over the place so I’m ordering one within the next couple days! I will update if anything changes. God bless! :)

So soft!!!

I love this rug so much. I don’t think I would recommend this for a high traffic area, but I use it for my office and spend a lot of time sitting on the floor stretching. It is the softest rug I’ve owned and it’s beautiful. Its coloration is as pictured, but yes, when you run the vacuum over in the opposite direction of the fibers it does look noticeably darker and the white area is a warm off white. I don’t think it looks “dirty” like I was worried from the other reviews, it just looks like what happens when you run the fibers in different directions. If you are super sensitive to the exact shade, this might not be for you, but really it’s a non-issue for me since it’s only really noticeable after vacuuming before I walk on it again. I spilled a light pink drink on a white area and was able to clean it without a stain, though I haven’t really pushed it’s durability, it gets only gentle wear in my office. I’m super happy with this purchase.
