Takes forever to build, drawers missing pre-drilled holes and cannot assemble.

I didn't see when , I ordered to purchase assembly.

In the five months since having item one of the drawer handle has broken off on one end. How can we get a replacement for it? I am adding photo. Thanks

Dresser was damaged during shipping. Took several attempts to receive replacement parts. Missing drawer pulls and assembly pieces.

Well made, happy with the dresser. Directions were a bit confusing, but we figured it out…Better instructions would be helpful.

Great dresser, great drawer capacity. Great color! There were no problems with missing pieces or damaged boards when it was delivered. It looks beautiful in my grandson’s nursery!

This is JUNK! Horrible to put together Horrible quality even for this price point. Do not order. Look for better quality. Cheep cheep pressed wood. Wish it wasn’t so hard to return to Wayfair.

Absolute trash. The first problem was that two large important pieces arrived clearly damaged. They never should have been packed and shipped in that condition. We couldn’t put the handles on because the screws were missing. There is a large gap between the top two drawers and the bottom drawers are not flush with the top ones. I purchased this product brand new and it looks like a used product with mismatched parts. The color is completely different than advertised and looks unfinished. Wayfair keeps telling me to just deal with it with the manufacturer. I expected way higher quality standards and better customer service. I won’t be buying from wayfair again.

It’s very cheap wood. The one we were sent was missing a screw so we had to find one that would work. There was some scratch’s and chips before we got to assemble it.

Cute but disappointing. On top of the drawers being very shallow (I measured before and they just don’t feel super functional) , the dresser came with a pretty noticeable scratch and two of the support pieces don’t even match. Two are black and two are white. While they are on the inside and covered by the drawers anytime I need to pull a drawer all the way out it will be a reminder that I got pre cut pieces from some other furniture set that didn’t match… just send me plan press board. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

I’m deeply saddened by the quality of this dresser. We’ve had it a little over a year and the quality is not up to wayfair standards at all. This product has truly changed my expectations of wayfair and I doubt I’ll purchase again. It’s really badly assembled pressboard that just keeps on breaking. Drawers are not even 1/4 full with tiny kids clothes and they crumble. I wouldn’t recommend this set of dressers.

Original order and replacement order both arrived damaged. Finally got a replacement part from supplier but it took over a month to resolve and numerous emails. Very confusing and frustrating support from Wayfair. Can’t say I recommend ordering a baby dresser from here if you’re on any sort of timeline. If you get a damaged item just return it too don’t keep trying to replace, it will be packaged the same every time.
