Fan good; Customer Service a nightmare

Fan is great; customer service at Hunter is terrible

This was a replacement for my ceiling fan.

Great purchase and excellent look. Easy to install.

The replacements (I got two of them) worked perfectly and were very easy to replace.

Very disappointed that this item did not fit on my Hunter ceiling fan. There was nothing in the description that would lead me to believe this was not a universal fit for Hunter fans. There was no adapter for my fan.

It is a lot smaller than I expected, but that only makes it look that much nicer. I love the finish, because it exactly matches the old Hunter ceiling fan we had from earlier.

Connections to the fan a bit confusing as the electrical wires were not the same as the old lamp. I loved the old light kit. It had a subtle elegance to it lacking in this kit, but I didn't have the expense of new fan.

Lighting change

Only issue was that the mounting screws were too short for my application.

Took just a few seconds to install, works perfeectly!

It’s a light kit

It’s well made and works well. Only negative is the cost. Could get a new ceiling fan w a light for about the same expense. Unfortunately the room we needed it for has two fans

Replacing light fixture in fan

The light fixture on my hunter fan that we purchased from Lowe’s was not working. I looked all over for a replacement and found the exact one there that matches my other fan. Should of looked there first. Works and looks great

Changed the single globe light to this, much better lighting in the room.
