NO quality control

I received my towels and washed them before I used them. One bath towel had a manufacturing flaw right in the middle. Bad Quality control.

Perfect in every way

Lovely soft towels, just the right size, thickness and color for our guest bathroom. Our first guest to use them was raving about how nice they are.

Towel set just as described.

This is a great bath towel set. Black is not always available. They are soft and I am pleased with my purchase.

Disappointed

I’m disappointed because I waited a very long time to receive my purchase..I placed my order at the beginning of the month and it took the entire month to receive my purchase..I did not receive any updates on tracking or when my purchase would arrive which is very unusual. Now that my towels have arrived I’m also not very happy with the quality of the merchandise and wouldn’t order them again. Sorry macys for this review but haven’t ever had this before

Cozy Comfort!

This towel set is such a good value! They are soft when washed and the color holds up well. I am expecting guests for the holidays and am gathering items that will make their stay more festive- these towels will certainly be used!

Falling apart after 3 washes

Washed and dried 3 times with only other towels and this set did not hold up to basic laundering. No bleach or color catchers…just mild soap. Washed multiple times to ensure towels were ready to use for my kid’s sensitive skin. Hem frayed, color fading, do not recommend.

Not worth the money

These towels are disappointment. They left fuzzies all my car after drying it. A dish towel would work better. Don't waste your money like I did.

Towels that fit my need.

I am happy with the towels I purchased. The neutral color is nice. I like the size. I would like them to be a little bit thicker but would still recommend them.

I already had some gray towels, but I decided to get purple as well. I wanted a good mix because my shower curtain was purple and gray so I got purple towels to add to the gray ones. They are wonderful and I love the eggplant color.

Lacks softness

Pretty color but definitely not as soft as the hotel collection.

Beautiful, luxurious towels

Purchased the green color and it is a beautiful rich looking color. Just what I wanted. I wanted these towels just as decoration in my Guest Bathroom. I didn't care about the quality as much as being the color I was searching for. I have to say these towels exceeded my expectations. They are a very nice thickness and the absorbance is good. I don't care for a towel that just glides over your body and doesn't feel like it absorbed any water. This towel has that perfect feel when toweling off. I highly recommend these towels.
