I love the hammock but it is not as pictured. It’s not all gray. The top part was, but the hammock part was a different multi/color material entirely.

Bad customer service from Camping World

I would love to review this item, but we do not have it yet. You have our money and we have nothing. We ordered the hammock on 6/14/2020. we knew it was shipping from the manufacturer and with COVID-19 there could be delays. On 6/30/2020 I contacted your customer service to find out if it had been shipped. Since you claim we would get an email. I spoke with a male who said his name was Savon. I had him spell it so I would get it right. He was friendly and asked if he could put me on hold while he contacted the manufacturer. He came back in less than two minutes and said it was on back order and would ship July 30th. I seriously doubt he contacted the manufacturer, but gave him the benefit of the doubt. We still don't have it, I know its not July 30th yet, but will be surprised if it ships then. We feel this is terrible customer service. We should have been told upfront it would be delayed. Even after I contacted your customer service the only communication from you has been this email to review a product I have paid for and do not have. We will NEVER purchase anything from your company again or recommend your company to anyone. My wife worked for over 20 years as a customer service representative for a major electric utility. We know the difference between good and bad customer service. Unfortunately your company is the latter.

Failed to cancel my order and refund my money.

This item was ordered the first week in June and was told it would NOT be here by fathers day. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. My account even has a note of that phone call. The order was never cancelled I never got a refund and the hammock showed up today. July 20th ! I have been on the phone almost an hour waiting for help and finally chated with someone. Fed ex will come back and get it but still out my $100 till they see the sender got it back. Still waiting for the shippong label email.

Never received product!

I haven't even received the hammock. I ordered it on June 14th. It hasn't shipped yet but I have been charged for it. I called Customer Service and they said they have to contact the vendor and get back to me. I haven't heard anything yet.

No delivery. No answers.

I have not received the hammock I ordered that said in stock. I can't get any answer as to if the hammock is on backorder. I want to cancel.

I dont have my hammock

I yet to receive my hammock. I have no tracking no. which ive emailed & notify you about & you tell me there's no tracking no N/A but u send me this as if I'm satisfied or received my item. I've been on my porch every morning sinced I've ordered & to no avail it's still not here! What kind of business are you running!? I paid a 119.00 for something i never received. Off my credit card. I think i want my money back cause its been over 30 days without any help as to where's my item!!!

Poor customer service

I can't review something that I haven't received yet. I ordered the hammock a week before Father's Day and it is now July 9th and still haven't received the product. I had to choose a star so I gave a one because I couldn't give a zero. Very poor customer service. I haven't received any communication from customer service by email other then an automatic response. I tried calling several times and can never reach any one. On hold for over 30 minutes each time. I will never order from this company again!!!

Never got the Hammock

I ordered this hammock on May 31 with great hopes of relaxing outside with a book during "June gloom" season. It never arrived! It has been nearly 6 weeks and still I wait...

Fed up with incompetence

This was a totally bad experience. I ordered the hammock and waited over two weeks. I was told it came from an outside vendor so there was no tracking. When I finally call to cancel the order I found out that it wouldn't have come to me for possibly two months and no one had told me anything. Was totally disappointed and not looking to do business again!

Hammock is great product - need more shipping info

Hammock arrived in good shape and is very well constructed. I wish there was a little more communication on shipping and arrival projected arrival dates.
