Chair came without the "casters". It is impossible to communicate with your store in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, and there is no return buttom on your website.

Definitely a "meh" product. The padding in the arms is inadequate; when resting my arms on the armrests, the foam/padding compresses so much I feel the sides of the channel it sits in. The seat bottom is rather flat, if not pitched slightly forward. Like others, I've put washers with the front bolts to create more of a tilt back; this also helps with the too-little padding for the thighs....

Comfy chair. Looks good and works good. Good value for the money. If you are looking for something to last ten years, this might not be it as the bonded leather peels off eventually. If you want something to last forever, you'll need to buy leather and pay for leather. I buy all my home office chairs from here, but have to replace them around the five year mark.

One of top five of worst assembly i have done. But very comfortable like divorce lawyer chair comfortable possibly I can compare that this chair is as comfortable as my company commander office chair.

No communication

Never received. Emailed to get an update, but didn't get a response. Instead, was refunded the money. Had to order the chair from somewhere else.

will change when issue fixed, but this is the second time a delivery I make that is urgent goes crazy. It was supposed to be next day delivery. Has been "out for delivery" since and says delivery is an hour window 3 days ago. Can't get more information online and getting the tracking number over the phone was an ordeal. Last time OPD got my boxes of copy paper. Should I call them to get my chairs? I'm being funny, but I seriously need those chairs today!
