Not worth the frustration

Really frustrated, and I just purchased the big 550 for my baseball field and think I'll cancel. I just installed my 415x, everything set, good to go. I've had it for about a week. Yesterday it says "charging station blocked," which it obv isn't. I've just spent my entire weekend going through youtube videos, forums, e.t.c trying to troubleshoot this. Husqvarnas support says "you need to contact a certified service dealer." The thing is new. It sounds like a lot of other people online have had this problem. If I don't have this fixed in the next 48 hours, I'm cancelling my 550 Epos, which is about a 7k purchase.

Love this mower

I highly recommend this product. However, before you buy it, you should try to find someone who owns one so they can teach you all the little things youu don’t learn in the documentation and movies that are on YouTube. I would look at the app, and understand all of the different settings and abilities it has prior to lay in the ground wire. There are lots settings you can use in the app to adjust how it moves a lot more than I ever realized. I would probably laid my boundary wire a different way if I’d known.

415 X avoid if possible

I have a 450 X and 415 X. Love the 450 but hate the 415X. It runs around 20-25 minutes and goes back to charger. I watch this morning it stopped 27 times and paused for about 15-30 seconds. I did not have this issue last year when I bought and before the software update. It is cutting less than an 1/8th of an acre and runs seven days for 10 hours. The lawn looks terrible.

I love that it mows when I'm working. I no longer have to take and evening or weekends to do the mowing. Also my dogs don't track in grass anymore since it cuts continually. I give it 2 days "off" during the week to prevent yard wear and visible lines. I couldn't be happier!!!

We will see if things improve but instructions for setting up are awful. Not sure they were tested 9n actual consumers. Both quick set up and manual assume you know what the heck they are taking about. Don't speak husqvarnese.

I bought this for my back yard, and I probably bought a little too much mower, but let me tell you how beautiful it kept my yard. The sad thing was that it made me have to purchase one for my front yard (2.5acres) because I wanted the front to look as nice as the back.

Battery does not last

Bad experience for me

Was supposed to be delivered the next day. Called Lowe’s and they canceled the order. Arrived almost a week later and was missing one of the two pieces of the top. Have spent almost 3 hours on the phone with Lowe’s and vendor trying to get this order right. Regret ordering it from Lowe’s.

This should be the NORM! You should expect protection from the beginning ! Come don’t fall for expensive add ons! Make the manufacturer protect from factory! How? Don’t buy there products until they comply, instead of you

This lawnmower will even sing Happy Birthday.

I love telling people I have a robotic lawnmower.

I bought my Husquvarnas 5 years ago, and they are like the Bunny, they just run & run & run.. there is an app in case its going to rain/starts raining so you can call them back to their little houses to rest, although they will run in the rain..My lawn looks picture perfect every morning

I bought two to handle my front back yards. I've had the occasional issue with it getting stuck in my yard due to some of the rough terrain that needs to be smoothed out, but overall it has worked amazingly well.

Pricey but worth every penny!

I had one of these at my old house and sold the house with the auto mower set up. I started mowing my lawn here when we moved, but Ill admit, Id been spoiled with the auto mower! This is the best idea- for someone who has so much on their plate, that mowing the lawn is often forgotten til its too late I love having a mower that I can set on a schedule to mow and viola its done for me! My lawn never looks over grown- it maintains its fresh cut look always. The clippings are so small they go right back into the lawn which is better for it also. Not to mention- its barely audible!! Operated by an app on your phone, which is very simple to setup, understand, operate! I live in an HOA where most people pay for a service to have someone to cut their lawn weekly- this is much more cost effective!!

I love this mower. However, I'm having a hard time getting the charging station flat so it will go into it on its own. I've had to physically put it into the charger. I'm hoping I'll get it right soon. It mows my big yard really well and it's fun to watch. My dogs didn't know what to think of it at first but now ignore it. For me it was expensive but cheaper than a riding mower and it doesn't need gas or oil and i just have to turn it loose! I'm 70 years old and this helps me a lot.

Erfahrung Husqvarna 415X nach knapp einem Jahr

Der Mähroboter macht seine Arbeit, wie er soll und das mit perfektem Mähergebnis. Aufgrund unserer komplexen Gartenanlage mit 2 Ebenen war die Verlegung des Begrenzungskabels sowie Leitkabels nicht ganz einfach, aber einmal verlegt tut der Roboter seinen Dienst perfekt. Mittlerweile haben wir einen kleinen Hund und ich vermisse die Kollisionssensoren, wenn er diese noch hätte, wäre es absolut perfekt, da er dann vermutlich auch Nachts unterwegs sein könnte und auch für Igel keine Gefahr darstellen würden.

Great mower!

Pro: We love that it mows on a schedule and does a great job. No complaints on the functionality.
