Perfect for Side Sleeper

I am very pleased with this pillow. It is firm but does conform to the head and neck nicely when sleeping. It easily goes back to shape with fluffing after sleeping. It is a little large for a standard pillow case but will fit. I have used both standard and queen size cases.

Thin and Flat Nothing Like the Product Photo

I was excited for these pillows-- they looked so puffy and full, but when I got them they were condensed/compacted for shipping, so i let them breath for a few hours, then tried to plump them up with my hands and finally put them in the dryer on no heat with some wool dryer balls and they still came out totally flat. This pic is of the pillow after 48 hrs and all my attempts at getting them to be fluffy like the pic. I didn't even bother to try laying my head on it b/c I could tell it was way too flat to support me as a side sleeper. They look like the pillows you'd get rid of when it's time to buy new pillows, not the pillows you'd buy to replace your flat and tired old pillows. These are going back. See pic

I wanted to love this pillow especially since I needed a new one for neck support, but it has no give...it's like putting your head on a big rock. Very uncomfortable, hard and heavy. Hopefully I can return it.

Never arrived

Ordered these pillows on my Macy's account and got a confirmation email with tracking information. I never received a notice again. After 2 weeks, I used tracking # to find out where they were and there's was no update. Finally called my credit card. Took the usual crazy prompts before reaching a live person. Said the pillows were no longer available

Disappointing

I was looking forward to these pillows arriving and when they did, I was not impressed. Felt very cheaply made with the filling they used. These will be going back to the store.

I use charter club pillowcases. Difficult to put cases on. Ended up using them in shams. Would not purchase again.

We use these every night. They are comfortable and fit my Queen sized bed. If necessary I would purchase them again.

Perfect for Back and Side Sleepers!

I have been looking for a comfortable pillow for neck and back pain for appx 4 years. Purchasing expensive pillows previously, to only return them from the 1st night of using them. This is the 1st pillow where I woke up no strain on my neck and did not wake up throughout the night to fluff them. I slept in the same position all evening and slept like a baby. Excellent Pillows!!!

Best pillows ever!!

These pillows are so soft they keep their shape.These are the best pillows I've ever purchased. I want to but more when they are in stock again. I sleep sooo much better because of them. A simple fluff when making the bed retains it's shape. So worth the money.

Good medium firmness

Right in the middle between very firm and super soft, which is what I am looking for in a pillow. Good size and so far, so good!

Initial impression & pkg pics

Although I did just receive these, they seem good. I wanted to post pics to help others see them. They came packaged very well, 3 layers with the 2nd being a thick zippered reusable storage bag. I like relatively soft pillows. I'm a mostly side sleeper, but on my back at times. I have a very messed up neck & left shoulder so I have to manipulate pillows a lot, even during the night. I also wear a mask with speakers in it a lot so I need to be able to "dig out" a little depression so the speaker isn't pressing into my ear. If they turn out to not work as well as I hope, I will come back & adjust the review.
