Terrible and Dangerous

I bought this shower rod and installed it easily enough. However, it will not stay in place for more than a few days, then it comes crashing down. I have repeated the process numerous times and will be buying a spring tension rod to replace it. I actually would like to give it zero stars.

This is a very nice Bronze color shower rod and looks great in the shower.

Just my unlucky day or substandard product?

I purchased the bronze suspension rod to give my newly tiled shower with just a 31" inch opening a more refined look. At first site, this item is gorgeous. However, after removing it from its packaging and trying to put it in a locked position, it was an epic fail. Trust me, it wasn't user error as I even had other family members and the Walmart Customer Service employees (3) try to get it locked and it just wasn't going to happen. It just continued to turn... in both direction. So either I just got a 'bad' one or these are a piece of junk. Considering it was more expensive than any other of the shorter shower suspension rods carried by Walmart, I expected a somewhat better quality item.
