Ispring Support & Information

I have investigated water systems that ranged from 2 -6 thousand dollars. Water softeners, conditioners, reverse osmosis, and filtration systems. Edwin at Ispring explained my needs by looking up the water report in my area and reviewing the chemicals that exceeded standards causing tap water to taste bad. I needed to filter out chorine and radium from the Cape Coral, FL city water. He suggested a filtration system that would do the job and to my surprize it wasn't the most expensive. I was willing to purchase through Ispring direct but he refused and told me to purchase from Home Depot. He gets 5 stars from me.

Changing filters for 1st time.

It was time to change the filters. I watched 2 YT videos, still had questions. Decided to call help # on sticker on wall mount. Edwin answered. He answered my questions and gave some helpful suggestions. Have your model # handy, it's on the wall bracket. With a little help from Edwin, this job is done. Thanks Edwin!

Changing 2 star review to 4 star

I wrote a review saying customer service was a farce. The company has now followed through on their promise to send new filters. So I will change my review to a 4 star. They shouldn't have been rude on one of our several calls, but may have just been an agent who doesn't understand his job. Good work customer service on fulfilling your promise.

Night and Day Difference in Water Quality

This filtration system has completely changed the water in my home. We purchased the 3 stage filters with the “ultimate” composition, along with the sediment pre-filter and an UV filter after the 3 stage filters. The water now tastes great and it has helped clean all our appliances (dish washer, washer machine, toilets, etc).

Fantastic product

Very effective

I have a well and an existing water softener. Water tests show the softener is removing most of the iron and magnesium but the water still tastes of iron and I get rust stains in my toilets. I sent Supply House my water test results and asked for a recommendation. They suggested this filter and boy does it work. Even though the directions suggested it be located after the softener, I put it before so the filter did the pre-work followed by the softener. My water is now super clear with no metal smell. When you take a shower the water is nice and slippery. Installation was not difficult.

My water had Manganese and Chlorine in it, which gave the water a chemical, moldy dirt smell and taste. Thanks to the ispring 3 stage whole house water filter my water is drinkable. This product has most definitely exceeded expectations.

So far so good, one month later and still no smell

It's been a month or so and so far so good. Out stinky well water doesn't smell at all anymore. Installation was easy, quality seems pretty good. Can't comment on filter life but there's no signs so far that they getting clogged. For reference to anyone with well water, here's out water test readings BEFORE the filter install:

I have had this system installed for 6 months now. We have well water with high magnesium and iron levels and lots of sediment. This filter gives us crystal clear water that passes a water test. the cartridges only last about 3 months, and the only way you can tell is that your water pressure slowly drops to the point where you cant shower while doing laundry.

Great product and customer service!

We are using this filter system on our new water well, and it's working as expected. One of the best things about iSpring, besides their products, is their customer service. We called with questions, and Michelle, who answered the phone, was incredible with her advice and taking care of our issues. Highly recommend using iSpring products!

Water has a purer taste

I finally got around to installing the filter, and I can clearly taste the difference in the tap water. I also haven't noticed any decrease in water pressure, which is another positive outcome. (The pressure pump in the picture isn't working properly, so I have it turned off, and I still have good pressure.)

Well Designed Whole House System

Bought it for the iron issue in our water. I had another water test after using this and it effectively removes the iron, as well as other contaminants. The water pressure and flow aren't affected. Not hard to install and start.

Review on two different models

Bear with me here. I do a fair amount of RVing and campgrounds are known for not having very good water, so I purchased a 2-filter unit to try it out before purchasing this one. After seeing the crap, the 2-filter unit caught I purchased this one when I got home and the sediment that this 3 filter unit with the optional 50 micron strainer is already collecting is stunning. Ok now the bad stuff. They leak. So, both of these unit leak where the blue canister mates into the black housing. You have to put everything into that little plastic wrench to seal the blue canisters. One on the 2 filter unit and one on the 3 filter unit. The 1-inch inlet and outlet holes on the black housing, well in the instructions its states that you need to use (I think it was) 10-12 wrap of Teflon tape. They aren't kidding the Teflon tape I got here at Lowes is junk. Use a heavy thickness Teflon tape when making these connections. Other than that, I am happy with the set-up.

Sean gave me amazing customer service after my installer destroyed my unit by melting the threads. Sean took care of me no questions asked and shipped me a new head. Amazing customer service. He went above and beyond.

Great Value

My landlord purchased this for the home I rent. Word to the wise. Connect to your house using PEX or sharkbite fittings. My installer that I hired independently melted the threads on the unit and made it unusable. I contacted Sean with ISPRING and explained what happened. He is amazing in customer service. He shipped a new unit to me at no charge the next day. I truly appreciate just how much they stand behind their product. I had a competitor come to my home and quote me $4,600 for an almost identical unit. iSpring was hands down the better deal. Thanks Sean.

Great product & Service after the sale!

We bought our iSpring filter system from Lowes a few months ago. Our water was yellow and had a bad taste. The day we installed it we had clear good tasting water. We for sure give this product 5 stars. We had questions after the sale and called ISpring. Nick answered the call and was so helpful and answered our questions. We are so glad we purchasef this product. This was for a new well in our brand new home. Without ISpring we would be very disappointed.

Great product with easy install

Filter system hook up was simple, removed all E.coli and coliform from the water and passed the water test. System did exactly what it said it was going to do. Would definitely buy again if needed.
