the sediment filter resulted in a huge pressure drop very quickly, can't open two faucets at the same time. I had to replace this filter within 2 weeks. I bought a pleated filter to replace it and then the water pressure stays fine.

Fantastic filters and awesome customer service!

This filtration system has been working just great for many years! Recently we had a broken water line in our community water system which caused the tech to add a HUGE amount of chlorine at the well head, which in a few days blew thru our recently replaced cartridges. Sean at ISpring was beyond helpful, sent us a new set of filters, and gave great tips on how often to replace them, which we had been doing too often. Highly recommend -- thanks Sean!!

I order this once a year to replace the filters in my iSpring whole house system. Based on ocasional testing of my water they are doing a good job.

Very good performance and value but the customer service from Sean was exceptional. We have significant "challenges" with our community well so I've had a LOT of questions. Sean has been helpful, responsive and exceedingly patient. I highly recommend this company system.

We researched a number of options and products in an effort to resolve some problems we were having with iron, a sulfur odor and rust residue in our water. The ISpring system and filters solved the problem at a reasonable price. We have clear, odor free water we can enjoy.

Excellent, economical choice for our whole house filtration system. Our water taste as good as Poland springs, which we used to use, but no longer need to. Our water also passes our states requirements for safe drinking water.

I received my order on time. No problem there. But when opening up the package there were 2 carbon block filters and no iron filter. I contacted your customer service and was totally set back. Whoever this rep was could not speak clear English. Most importantly he did not listen to what I was trying to convey. I had no idea what he was going to do about the problem. This was an awful experience.
