Bottom breaks!

The bottom breaks out of the damper holder making it unusable and making the lid slam. For Pete’s sake it’s not rocket science to design a bolder that won’t break. Do better!

I am missing a piece

I needed the damper as well. I have emailed multiple times and no one responds. I am afraid wasted my money buying this and I will still need to buy a new garbage can since the other piece didn’t come with the holder

The stainless steel garbage was exactly what we were looking. We had initially bought a stainless steel white can to match our decor but it looked cheap. This one is great the only downside is that it's somewhat lightweight and tends to move a bit when stepping on the pedal from the side.

We bought the ivory can. So hard to find! It’s perfect.

I'm happy with the purchase. The bin works as expected and fits perfectly into its available space. It is a bit tricky to get the liner bin back in place after replacing the trash bag. The lid doesn't open enough to get it back in place, so I just lift it more so I can easily slide the liner bin back in place. Also, the bin had a small dent when I took it out of the box, but it's very minor. Nothing worth a return.
