I ordered this towel warmer online. When I received it, it was finished incorrectly. The rubber pads had been placed on the wrong side of the leg. When I turned the leg over and put it on 'upside down,' the leg did not screw completely flush. I returned it. Quality Control clearly missed this. I returned the towel warmer with a company shipping label, but I was out the original shipping cost.
It is a nice idea, but it really never warms...
