Some back story.. we needed this for a customer asap(within two days). We were on a tight schedule and was having a hard time locating this due to the supply shortage from Kohler and other bix box stores.. Wayfair came through and saved us! I was impressed with how quick we received this item and how great the packaging was. Customer service was great as well. They reassured me that my package was going to be in on time. I would 100% use their service again.

The shipping was so fast and it was great being able to purchase only the basin since the pedestal was still in perfect shape!

Kohler Memoris Pedestal Sink

Beautiful pedestal sink for a small half bathroom. Replaced 21 year old Memoirs sink and fit perfectly on the old pedestal. Will never go out of style.

Great look, but Quality Control, not great.

I ordered this sink as a replacement for the same one that had developed cracks around the drain. After attaching all the hardware, the drain wouldn’t sit flush with the bottom of the sink bowl, creating a gap that plumbers putty couldn’t fill. It leaked. And, the front of the sink was concave, indicating it was deformed during the cooling phase after it was fired. Kohler was great and sent a second at no cost. I was able to successfully install the second one, but had to drill out the two holes in the sink itself where the hanger bolts go through to the wall as the holes in the sink were centered at 19 1/4” instead of 19” (which the hanger bolts are set to and which the 2 previous sinks fit perfectly). Pain in the neck, and not good marks for Kohler’s quality control (the first replacement sink should have never left the factory). Customer Service was excellent, and now that it is finally installed and leak free, I love the sink.
