Un fiasco

La máquina efectivamente hace hielos pero muy pequeños y muy lentamente. De hecho la devolveré por esta razón. En la foto rebosan los hielos y eso solo podría ocurrir si la dejas una semana operando ininterrumpudamente, sin tomar un solo hielo y si es que los primeros hielos que quedan hasta abajo, no se han derretido. Iniciaré el proceso de devolución.

Ice does not freeze completely and is very watery.

I was excited to get this little iceman ice machine because in the summer our freezer doesn’t always keep up to ice demands. It started off amazing, testing both the small and large I decided I like the smaller cubes more. It makes the ice quickly but the biggest downfall is there is no cooling feature except the quick freezing of the ice cubes so the ice is already melting when it drops into the basket. It is nice that it drains directly into the reservoir and then refreezes but a way to keep the reservoir area cooler would maintain the ice cubes longer.

Not Worth It

I have had this ice maker for less than 6 weeks and it's already stopped working. The only thing working are the lights on the display. Have been using it as recommended and using only bottled water. When it was working it was able to keep up with my daily use of ice, but it doesn't make enough ice for more than one person, maybe two at the most. I have arthritis and opening ice trays is very painful so I was really looking forward to not having to endure that anymore. I have filed a claim with the manufacturer, which can only be done online, and now have to wait until they get back to me. Very disappointed and unhappy. Please do not buy this product.

What a cool little addition to my mini bar. Super easy to set up. Makes perfect ice cubes in a few minutes time. Turns off when full. Would definitely buy again.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this ice maker! It does make noise but it isn't loud at all thankfully. I believe they designed this machine perfectly. I'm a huge ice eater so this was like a big birthday gift. I was so happy seeing the package on the porch
