Very Cool Lamps

Very modern and cool looking. If you are used to a lamp with a traditional shade it takes some getting used to but it comes with a dimmer dial on the cord so you can easily adjust brightness. The look far outweighs any negative aspects. Very high quality pieces and easy to assemble. Came very well packaged.

Cool but confusing

Cool lamp but very confusing assembly instructions. Had to disassemble twice to get the poles to line up like the photo. Very bright and has dimmer dial.

This item is more of a piece of art than a lamp. Everybody that comes into my home looks at it and goes Wow, now turn it on so we can see it. I have received many compliments for this lamp.

Poor construction, fragile shades, no directions

Its a pretty lamp and the dimmer is nice. Cons...shades broke with just a tap. Had to spent $* for new bulbs before ever using the lamp. Putting together is a mess. No direction which goes in front and back and they don't slant as shown in the picture. When all is said and done...save your money and get another lamp

Absolutely gorgeous, but not as bright as I hoped, and difficult to assemble

This lamp looks exactly like the photo; it's modern, sleek and really a work of art. I don't know why nobody mentioned this, however, it's INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING TO ASSEMBLE this, unless you’re an electrician or an engineer. I subtracted 1 star because it's not as bright as I'd like and because I lost brain cells trying to assemble this. ;) Challenges: 1. Threading the wires through the long metal tubes required a set of needle-nose pliers, because the rubber on the end of the cord kept getting stuck inside the tubing. 2. The base of the lamp has thread set on an angle. Figuring out how to screw in the tubing at that angle is frustrating and took multiple attempts. 3. Because the metal tubes stack against each other a bit, I had to disassemble and reassemble some pieces, so that the lamp would fit together. Assembly took about ONE HOUR for me, and I was sweating and cursing at the lamp. Was it worth it, sure… it’s gorgeous. But I would NEVER buy another one of these for myself. I was also disappointed that it didn’t put out a bit more light. Usually LED bulbs are several times brighter than their watts. For instance, a traditional 20 Watt LED equates to a 100 Watt bulb. These 40 Watt LEDs really seemed like traditional 40 Watt output, which makes the whole lamp only about 120 Watts. The color is perfect… not too cool, not too warm (probably in the 3000 Kelvin range). Overall, it’s a great lamp. But you do need patience, a few tools and some experience assembling things. Don’t do this if you’re easily intimidated by assembly. Just get a torchiere instead!

Sturdy base, small footprint, attractive lighting

Very happy with this floor lamp. Takes 30 min plus to assemble (use the website photo to install the short/med/long tubes in the right place and not the directions in the box - error). A thin needle-nose pliers for grabbing the cord through the tube helped. No on/off switch but a foot dimmer switch.

Super pretty. We love this lamp. Had it for almost a year and it’s awesome. The dimmer is great though sometimes it flickers faintly if on a very dim setting.

Modern Icicle lamp

A little tricky to put together, but well worth it! Love the dimmable feature and it gets plenty bright. I have gotten numerous compliments on it.

Nice lamp, assembly average

The lighting on these lamps is perfect (dimmable so you can go from relaxed lighting to more of a daylight look). They were a little bit challenging to assemble but, once assembled, look fantastic!

One of the rods will not screw on all the way and one of the icicles at the top is cracked. I was so excited to get this, but quality is mediocre.

A great living room lamp. A little difficult to assemble, and the directions were a little unclear. The lamp is lovely. They have a dimmer switch. a purchase I am happy with.

Sleek, beautiful and gives good light

This lamp is beautiful, but it was very difficult to assemble.

This is one trendy light. I love how stylish and trendy it looks. It lights up the room perfectly and is truly a statement piece. I really really love it amd highly recommend it

I purchased 2 of these lamps for my living room, to have something a little different than a “traditional” lamp. They were a tiny bit tricky to put together, and the directions are a bit vague, but it wasn’t that bad. The lamps look very nice, and the ‘different’ look I was going for was accomplished. They have a dimmer floor switch, which I like. Not sure about replacement bulbs when the time comes….
