Could be beautiful

Beautiful bowl set and so many uses along with pleasing aesthetics. I had mine shipped to store for pickup unfortunately arrived poorly packed and badly broken. Bloomingdale’s shipping needs improvement.

Sadly.....

I love the picture but it was sadly broken at UPS and I never got to touch it, or check if any part of the 7 pcs were salvageable. Then when I reached out to question why it was not delivered they offered to send a replacement. When I went to check on the tracking I found that the order for replacment had been canceled due to supply?. Very confusing because I immeditately ordered another, and it has been processed. The package tracking on the website is not helping me.

Villeroy & Boch La Boule,white premium porcelain

Loved it, but overpriced for porcelain. If it was half that price, I would have purchased all of them. Very contemporary and elegant. It is a set for 2, so it looks odd when You Tubers place one at each place setting at a table for 6. I would like to see more stunning, high end patterns. I am not into the "Waverly"-like patterns on such a contemporary piece. .

La Boule more than met my expectations. It is a beautiful piece when assembled, and the individual plates and bowls are a perfect size for various meals. I love it, and use it often, typically for special occasions, which sometimes can be defined as Monday!

Love this so much! Wish they would do it in dove gray and white too, or straight dove gray and I will mix with the white set. Beautiful.

Very beautiful and useful. Use as a decoration and split it when you are having a romantique diner with your husband or impress your friends using pieces to present appetizers or sides.

Very disappointing packaging!!!

The packaging of my product was abysmal! The box was far too big for the product, making it slide around inside the box, which was open on two sides! NOWHERE on the box did it state FRAGILE!!! For a $559 product- VERY disappointing David Jones! Will be very hesitant to buy anything from you again!!

Art and Practicality

I’ve received many compliments on this as a work of art, but people are blown away when I demonstrate it’s practical use. I’m a little worried about its durability but fingers crossed. I personally advise that if you use the dishwasher, don’t allow it to lean or touch any other dish.
