Poorly built.

Cheap leather, cheap construction. Seats are VERY hard - very uncomfortable. I'll never buy without being able to see it in person again.

Beautiful, classy, elegant. The cushions are a little stiff, but we're sure they'll soften up.

Absolute garbage. Definitely not leather. "Genuine Leather" apparently just means that some leather is present in the product. Stiff couch and the weathering looks awful in person. Do not purchase this product if you are looking for something nice.

Don’t waste your money on this couch. Sure it looks great in the picture but sitting on it is worse than sitting on concrete. The leather is also insanely dry and cracking-even after a number of leather oil treatments it still looks terrible

This couch was really beautiful, but I was not so happy when I sat on it. It’s too firm and too dark for our room. The picture makes it look much lighter and appears to be much more comfortable. It would probably be much better for an Office or Lobby in a very distinguished area. I really wish it were more comfortable because it is a beautiful couch.

I love the sofa. It raises the level of elegance in the room. It gives the room a bit if a designer flair in an old school sort of way. It's so versatile, goes well with all different style chairs and tables.

I’ve had the black version of this sofa for two months. You need to know that the finish is matte, NOT shiny (as shown).

This couch was an EXPENSIVE mistake. The leather is fine but it is NOT comfortable. It is like they wrapped bricks as the cushion. I saw some reviews about this and ignored them. DO NOT ignore them. To keep this couch, I will need to take the cushions and have them redone. Thankfully, the cushions have a zipper and can be removed. This couch is NOT worth the price. Do not buy it. So disappointed. I should never have bought such an expensive piece of furniture online.

Super hard and uncomfortable. The price dropped by 450 before I took delivery. Wayfair would not honor the price. I’m way disappointed in Wayfair. When I called fir a price adjustment I was told I would receive some sort of credit towards another purchase. That didn’t happen. Boo. Hiss.

Extremely high end design. Great delivery

This sofa is absolutely gorgeous. I ordered this for a client in California and they love it. I was very apprehensive about ordering such a large piece online. Especially, due to the fact my recent large items purchases from Wayfair were disastrous. I have boycotted using them for anything. After this delivery and quality they are getting a much deserved 5 stars.

Great couch. Smaller sitting surface than I preferred or wanted. And can’t say much about the leather as of yet, because I see cracking in the leather. So will see what leather treatment will do. But unhappy about that. But a beautiful piece.
