Very pleased with the chair.
it has a comfortable seat and the slide mechanism is valuable for people of different thigh lengths. Includes all the controls you could want though some are not obvious how to control because it's not in the documentation. A simple web search found a video demonstrating all the controls. Note: the controls on the "low-back" chair are different than on the "mid-back" chair. Be clear that you want a low-back task chair which is very different than a more standard mid-back chair.
Very disappointing
At the top of the chair wear the mesh is held by a plastic piece it make s cackling plastic sound and since it is near my ear it is loud and annoying. I have contacted Hon twice about warranty and get canned responses. I understand that products sometimes have problems but this warranty they tout is useless when they won't respond meaningfully to a problem. In my situation right now it is too much trouble to return.
Very Comfortable Chair
The chair was very comfortable and had most of the features a good chair should have, Great features. However, the chair did not have the 3-way pivoting arm rests, which is why we had to return it. Otherwise, great chair for the money.

Everything I was looking for in a daily-driver task chair: huge range of adjustability, breathable mesh back, great recline mechanism, movable seat pan. The cushion could be softer, but, all told, this is a solid package. What's more, the Wayfair buying experience was unbeatable!
