If I could give zero stars I would purely based on the my treatment by Home Depot and the manufacturer: Glass Warehouse. I am a remodel contractor, and I ordered this kit for a bathroom remodel I started a month and a half ago. Building the shower to fit THIS KIT, so that I wouldn’t have to wait the 5 weeks local glass outlets take to get custom glass orders in. The estimated delivery time on this kit was 7 days. I received the WRONG sized kit 2 weeks ago, and finally the proper size yesterday. No communication from either Home Depot, or Glass Warehouse to update me on the location or delivery time of my package. I was required to call for updates on the “case” that was opened on my order with no clear answer given other than to keep checking for an update on my tracking number. If this were any local business I would expect a refund considering that this wait time has cost me more money than the kit is worth as the project has remained unfinished and unpaid. Yet I digress as the people who can make those type of decisions are insulated behind automated systems, and outsourced customer service reps. Customer service reps I remained patient and pleasant towards as it is not there fault this has happened.

I love how this shower door added such a great look to my bathroom. The finish matched the rest of the fixtures. Love it!

Quality product and company support

This is my 3rd glass warehouse product .I have had no issues with the glass or hardware over the years .If you have any questions there customer support is amazing.

Do not buy! Thread is too large, and does not tighten. Tried several times to stop the leak. Has to be returned for a refund, but only after we now have to cut off the pipe and start again with a new valve from the local plumbers' merchants!

This shower glass enclosure was a great deal, my local glass contractor quoted me more than double the price including installation so I’m glad I decided to DIY. The quality is great. The instructions were helpful and customized to the size I ordered. Thanks.

The glass shower doors worked perfectly. We had a contractor install them. I would certainly recommend them rather that spend 3 times for custom doors.

I would give Zero stars if it were possible. I recieved one 18" panel of glass (which was chipped as well) which is nowhere near the what this product is supposed to be. I filed a complaint and have not heard back from Wayfair or Glass Warehouse!!! I will NEVER buy from them again!!!
