No corner fittings.

The corner fittings was all missing didnt open package day of the event so ruined whole day without tent people were sitting in hot sun very frustrating hope won't happen to anyone else.

Nice tent, but terrible quality control!

It was missing 3 poles!!! And the way it was packeted made holes on the roof part!

I did get the tent in a timely fashion but the sidewalk kit was not with it and I had to do an event with the 10 which I had to do without the sidewall kits because when I called to have them send me the missing pieces they refused and told me I had to return the tent and then repurchase it so I lost a lot of money cuz I already paid for setup and the truck that I rented for the event. The tent itself is very good product and I would buy another one it is Sam's club that refused to send the missing parts.

Easy up and down, take two people and about an hour. Only used once but nice quality.

Great value, strong & durable canopy.

Awesome canopy, the frame is a lot stronger than I thought it would be. I bought this as an emergency horse barn about 3 years ago & it has definitely exceeded my expectations. The fabric is also tougher than expected. I plan on covering the frame with metal roofing eventually, & it is well built & strong enough to hold it.

Missing parts and non-existent customer service

The tent arrived in three boxes, two of which were torn and re-taped. Opened to discover there a no assembly instructions and missing parts. I called the company that ships the tent with no response, I called Sam’s Club customer service, and although was received by a very pleasant representative, there was nothing they could do to find assembly instructions and stated they would escalate and I would have a response within 48 hours which never happened. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I needed the tent for a graduation party and now I’m left with an incomplete tent and no resolution. Based on other reviews, I had expected a reasonable product I guess its the luck of the draw with this product and the company that ships it.

Decent value

Over all good purchase. I had some issues with some of the riveting on the top but Sams Club made it right and sent another kit out for parts. Some of the tent posts were bent and the welds were spotty. No real way to secure or bolt it together so i used 3/4 #14 self tapping hex heads to secure it all together and strapped it down to the yard using tiedowns ractchet straps and yard screws.

Very Strong, Durable Party Tent

This is a great party tent! The assembly instructions have some errors, but it is easily figured out for the proper assembly. The only thing I would like to see different on this is where you join the posts together, to have some type of push button lock; when assembling, sometimes the joined posts would separate, which definitely made this a two-three person job for assembly. (With the locks, I believe one person could assemble it) Overall its very durable, solid posts, and thick cover and sidewalls.

I bought this tent instead of almost paying the same for renting one. 2 person assembly... relatively easy.

Top quality at a good price!

The canopy is very well made and more importantly it's well designed. Strong and attractive and possible for one or two strong people to assemble it or disassemble it. The company that delivered it was terrible, no prior notice of its arrival, they came while we were not home left two very large and heavy boxes in our driveway. Both were badly torn open and many beautiful white pipes were badly scratched. Fortunately BJ's stood by the product and made good on the damage. I'm happy with the outcome.

Going strong 2 years later!

We use this in our backyard until we save up for a nice pavilion made from wood. One side is buried in dirt and we put weights on the other side. It has provided our backyard with shade in the summer and had lasted through 2 winters now with rain and wind.

Everythig I expected

20 x 20 canopy is well built.

I requested the seller to advise FedEx to deliver to my back porch. That never happened. Item comes in 2 boxes and weights a total of 190#. The steel poles have a solid connecting mechanism. Installation instructions were not included however the manufacture was quick to respond via e-mail and provide. I was disappointed to learn the manufacture, Impact Canopy, does not sell replacement parts. This unit comes only as a package. The steel poles will be fine but, I would expect to replace the canopy every 3 years or so. In all, I am pleased with this product.

Looks great but...missing most of the parts.

Got the two very big and heavy boxes today. Opened up, no instructions, only a packing list. Ok, no biggie. Missing half the the upright poles, half of the perimeter poles, the turnbuckle hooks, some bungees, the end frame cross members. It looks like very nice construction, heavy duty reinforced vinyl top. Too bad this is out of stock, no parts available to replace. Looks like I have to box it back up and return. Ugg, this is 200 lbs. I hope they can find replacement parts soon, it is going to be long hot summer.
