Purchased in 2019, this valet is used more like a clothes horse and has stood the test of time. A sturdy and elegant way to keep his clothes off the floor.
It stinks. Literally, smells awful of mold and mildew. I had the box inside for only a few hours and we cannot get the smell it left behind out of the carpet. I've had it sitting outside for 4 weeks, wiped it down with vinegar every couple days, and, yeah, it still smells like it was sitting in a damp basement for years.

It literally smells rancid. I cannot keep it indoors
We purchased this over a year ago. It looks great and it has stood up very well, despite my husband's tendency to overload it. LOL
