As soon as I picked up package from porch and heard rattling, I knew I was “in trouble.” Once box was opened, I saw that one of the panels of frame was loose from the rest of picture. Tried to stick it back as there are prongs. No such doing. It would not stay put. You can see the gaps in the corners. Some of the foam underneath and others parts were broken off. A piece is in the box. . To make matters worse, thought I’d superglue it and that ended up being disastrous. Ruined the frame trying to remove excess glue. Ended up having to sleep with paper glued to my fingertips. So disappointed. All this to save $14 on an open box item. Could have just paid the $14 to buy new as it was on sale too! Guess I learned my lesson about discounted items. Fortunately, it was only $40. But still, I don’t have $40 to give away!!
