Drawers will NOT open at all. Even delivery guys couldn’t get the dresser drawers open! Now, I have an expensive dresser I cannot use and it takes 3 days to send a technician to repair it. Completely unsatisfied with this product.

I like the dresser. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but will work just fine.

Drawers jam for no reason

Love the way it looks and I appreciate that this chest has a safety feature where you can’t open more than one drawer at one time (per side) however the mechanism is locked in place for the set of drawers on the right and will not open. I have a ticket in to see how they will resolve it.

The look is amazing and I was so excited to get it unboxed! Unfortunately all the left side drawers stick. My husband won’t deal with it so I get those drawers.

Wayfair sent this as a replacement for the first dresser, which arrived broken. After a discount and a replacement, I am completely satisfied with the item and the whole experience!

Terrible. They came made and 3 drawers do not open. The quality is also very poor. Wayfair refunded me.

Received the product damaged makes a weird noise when I open the drawers. Delivery team would not take it back with them.

2 drawers broke immediately on one of the two I ordered [within and hour of delivery]. I mean the entire rails came off on the interior. The drawers are sticky and temperamental. The ones that are not broken probably will not last. Unfortunate because these dressers look great and are the recipient universally of compliments. Manufacturer just needs to fix the functionality because from the outside, great. the inside is sketch.

We received not one but two of these dressers, and none of the drawers opened on either of them. There must be a problem with design!!

I so wanted to love this dresser, but sadly it had damage to corner. Additionally the three right side drawers won't open. There apparently are locks to keep from opening in shipping maybe that are locked and unable to open drawers. Wayfair was quick to reorder a new dresser but crossing my fingers the next one is not damaged and drawers open :(

2 stars because the dresser looks very nice. Otherwise, this has been an absolute nightmare. I ordered it white glove delivery and it was just left in the box on the porch over a weekend I said not to deliver it. Second, the drawers won’t open. I don’t know if it was put together wrong, there is a locking mechanism or if the locking mechanism broke in route. Still trying to figure it out- have yet to be able to open a drawer. I tried to look online for the assembly instructions to see if that would help and they are conveniently missing

Looked all over town for a modern well made dresser with no luck. Found this with Wayfair and got the white glove delivery so it was perfect. No muss-no fuss!
