When delivered, the wood on
When delivered, the wood on the front of the sofa table had a raised, irregular surface that was rough and discolored. The delivery people took a photograph and we were assured that we would hear from Gardner White soon. After several days of no communication, I called and was told it was my responsibility to set up a service call. A disinterested service person decided that the raised surface was a characteristic of the wood and I should put the flawed surface against the wall. Funny how the display sofa table was perfectly flat without any discoloration. I was so dissatisfied I said I wanted to return the table. I was informed that I couldn’t return an item after seven days and should have purchased insurance. Apparently the $9,000 I spent wasn’t enough for this corrupt company. Gardner White didn’t return three phone calls, took an inordinate amount of time to set up service and never mentioned a seven day return policy. My experience was absolutely horrible and I would never recommend this company.

I purchased this table to match my coffee table and it looks good however it is extremely wobbly… It is not well-made, at all.
