Bad product. Had to return. Hastily packaged, like everything was thrown into box. Tried to put together it did not line up. Returning.

Poor quality that will not last.

Stools are a good height and look okay when assembled. Problem is the screws drive into sheet metal and they strip out very easily. In the 5 months since we got these the legs become wobbly with use and the ring at the bottom doesn’t fit snugly so it cannot be tightened. Also the seat cushion doesn’t fit snugly into the opening so it always looks off. Lastly the cushions break down quickly so they were comfortable at first but now it’s like sitting on plywood.

Solid stools at fair price

Nice swivel counter stools for a reasonable price. They have a slightly industrial look, easy to assemble. Arrived quickly in very sturdy boxes.

Swivel chairs

I love these chairs. They are the right height. I’m so glad I found them on the website. The price definitely was much less than other companies. It was simple to put together.

Great stools

Came fast. Good quality. Super easy to put together. Cheapest around. $100 less than any other outlet.

Very disappointed. They look beautiful but the fabric is very weak and when they swivel it rubs against the counter and causes tears. I reached out to manufacturer and they don’t stand behind their products. Accused me of cutting them with sharp object. Get what you pay for and not worth it. Houzz has been helpful since the manufacturer doesn’t respond. . Spend the money and get good chairs.

Modern farmhouse style . Love the grey metal frame and white leather like upholstery. The upholstery does nik against the counter and leave a mark on the upholstery. So we will have to be careful with it.

The legs and metal on this chair are NOT black! They are gray. Also, my stool arrived, we put it together as directions said, and one leg is shorter than the rest which makes the stool wobble. Poorly made in my opinion.

These stools are fairly comfortable and attractive. However, they must be mass produced as there was considerable difference in the quality of the first set ordered (made in Vietnam) and the second set (made in China). They all seem to be a knockoff of a much more expensive brand stool, and the better quality set was from China. I'm not sure if one can tell this when ordering. Still, I consider the second set a good buy as there was no problem with the upholstery. They were easy to assemble.

When putting these together, the stool doesn't stay straight on the floor. . When we called the customer service, we were told they have heard the same from others who purchased this item! . We were shocked there was no mention of this on the "houzz" web site for this item. . This the last time I order anything from hozz.

Nice and comfortable

I love these barstools! I bought them for my man cave / industrial style basement and they fit beautifully. They are really comfortable how they wrap around your body, and the swivel feature is nice. My only complaint is the boxes arrived badly damaged and I dont see how that would have happened in transit. One of the seat cushions had a rip and a leg cap was missing, but they promptly sent the replacement parts so there is good customer service. Overall, they're the only barstools on the internet that had the look/comfort I wanted and Im happy I purchased these.

Horrible quality

We bought four in January. We had three replaced within the first 2 months because of loose bolts that were stripped out and/ Bearings falling out. Now 5 months later having more issues and they are sending out a service tech. Wishing we could return or exchange them for a different stool but they will not allow it.

The chairs look fantastic and they are sturdy. The chairs are more comfortable than anticipated. The back rest is supportive though it is not much taller than the height of counter top. The seat has ample width and depth. Assembly was not so bad. It was helpful to review the directions beforehand using the downloadable guide. The only problem is slight...one chair does not swivel as easily as the other.

Nice comfortable counter stools. They seem sturdy but time will tell how durable they are. They swivel easily which is a great feature. Most other stools that swivel were much more expensive. I like the somewhat retro look of these stools but they are very versatile in terms of meshing with whatever style you want to achieve. Another plus is that they come in a variety of colors. Also easy to assemble.

The island stools work perfectly in my kitchen. They are the right height ( 25in) for sitting comfortably. The color is true to the description. One chair is slight of balance, but can be easily adjusted and one screw did not fit completely. Otherwise, the stools were perfect for the price

I bought these a year ago, they look great they are comfy enough, the only problem is if you drop them on the floor, which has happened to us with having all these kids, the metal little balls come out of the swivel plate and that's it! you are done with that bar stool, there is no way to put them back and the bar stool is now flimsy, uneven, you cannot swivel it any more. Apparently you can buy the part on line for about $20. just make sure you get the right measuments.

This is the first time i ordered from Houzz. I was little skeptical but when it came all my worries went away. These counter stools are the exact same what they looked like in pictures. Assembly is required. They look so modern in my kitchen. Perfect size I am . very happy with my purchase.

Even better than expected!

It is always a risk buying online from just a picture - but these counter stools have exceeded our expectations. They are so sturdy, and well balanced. They swivel (which was not mentioned in the product description & we were told when I called that they didn't swivel) - such a nice surprise! The leather-like upholstery is a medium silvery gray, and very soft and supple, not stiff or sticky. We love the "classy industrial" look of these stools. They were worth the 3 month wait to get them!
