It is a very sturdy stool although a bit too tall for my use. So next week, me and a couple of my colleagues at work are going to shorten the legs about three inches. Then they will work just fine.

I received a new, unopened product with the WRONG PARTS. It had two chair leg As, but no chair leg B. I couldn't put it together because it was missing chair leg B. I'm going to return it and ask for an exchange, but I'm worried about getting another one with the WRONG PARTS.

Assembling the product was difficult. I had to enlarge the holes on the ""ring"" that holds the legs together because, as is, I could not get the screws at the correct angle to address the threads without stripping them out. Further, the material used for the seat is sub-standard. Having only sat on the stool a few times, the places where the screws attach the seat to the legs are already beginning to show wear-through. The material is only a little above common cardboard. I'll eventually need to install some kind of rubber matting over the seat to extend it's useful life. Otherwise, assembled, the stool is sturdy and serves its purpose.
