This "universal" kit does not come with the needed natural gas orfices, making it useless.This is the kit Home depot told me would work. I had to order the proper conversion kit elsewhere.

Not a full conversion kit

It says it on the box but naive people like me will overlook the fact that this kit does not include the natural gas orifices you need to replace your propane orifices with. Even though this is sold by Nexgrill and is "compatible" with my grill, I cannot even find information on what size orifices I need to buy.

This kit is better than AWESOME. I dropped a star because in order to make the conversion complete a flame adjustment is necessary and that required a special tool "NOT INCLUDED" for the NEXGRILL BBQ. (Wiha 26023 Slotted Screwdriver with Precision Handle, 2.0mm x 100mm)

The store attendant told me that all nexgrill grills can be converted from propane to natural gas. Not true. According to the company. Unhappily, I plan to return the product. Number one it is a nice product and number two I can not convert the grill to natural gas.

The installation was a little tedious but otherwise not difficult for a person with moderate skills. I had it checked by a qualified technician prior to use and no problems were found.

Box was taped and product was missing pieces and old parts were in the box. Returned product. Home Depot took back the product and refunded me.

Wrong Regulator

Ordered the “Best Buy” conversion kit , the description clearly states “liquid propane grill to natural gas “ I attached the hose to the grill, hired a plumber to attach to the gas outlet, tested it very low flame and only on a couple of burners lit, he checked the regulator clearly says for LP 2 lbs psi, good thing I didn’t throw the old regulator away! He said the regulator should say “nat” for natural gas 4lbs psi, hopefully can return

Did not have all the needed items for completing the conversion. Need to have the increased hole orifices to make this work.

Easy installation

Purchased to converrt NexGrill 6-burner from propane to NG. Installation was pretty straightforward, although I'd recommend that the kit should include some pieces of rubber or something to put around the cutouts to reduce the risk of the line chafing from the regulator to the manifold. ALSO IMPORTANT: if you bought a NexGrill that is convertible, the NG orifices are already in the NexGrill box!!! The other comments don't mention this!!

It was as described and had everything needed to convert my grill to natural gas.

I love it. I wish it came with all the fittings to hook up to an in house LP tank.

I had wanted the Nexgrill conversion kit not a universal conversion kit.

I had to purchase additional parts to make it work with my grill and my gas hookup.

We took it home, saw the complexity, tried to call a Profesional, most we're unavailable with long waits so ended up having to return the item and buy a propane tank
