Nice doors; messed up delivery process

Doors very well designed (secure hanging rail) and well built. Two product issues: the butterfly bolts for the vertical rails don't fit thru the size hole indicated in the instructions and there really should be 2 matching bolt head covers for the middle vertical rail bolts. Product delivery was a mess. Build, Basco and the carrier really need to get their act together. More than 2 weeks of playing "Where's Waldo ?" is frustrating and discouraging. Then the product just showed up; good thing I hang around home a lot ! Still...they are nice doors.

It is beautiful and the custom fit was fairly simple. It fits and matches the shower well.

A true bargain

I am one who is very leery of the bargains. I firmly believe you get what you pay for. If the given price for a product is $1200, and you pay $600 for an item not on clearance, you almost surely got what you paid for. Considerably less. I bring that up because these shower doors are very much an exception to that rule.

Mfr is messed up

First order. Arrived damaged. Second order. Arrived but product was incorrect size. Label had exact product ID# that I ordered but measurement was not as described online. Went in store, had door people place new order and asked them to call mfr to ensure correct size was in box. Order arrived. Wrong size again. I gave up and ordered from another place.
