Nice but needs some work

It was well constructed, but the design needs a little work. The screw covers cannot be removed to put the screws on straight. Your only option is to put the screws in crooked.

Heavy duty grab bar.

Heavy duty and look very classy. Not standard ugly grab bars like usually seen in most institutional settings.

Grab bars are never really pretty, but they are important and this one is very sturdy and looks better than many. It is important that you have them installed correctly if you want them to work.

The grab bar is made well. However, I needed a grab bar that could be attached to a wall in a vertical position. The attachment holes are located in a position that precludes proper attachment into the wood within the wall.

Sturdy, attractive, just what we needed. One piece of feedback: the bar looks almost gold-hued in photo when I ordered it, but it's brushed nickel all the way. Wayfair wouldn't make good on an exchange without a large shipping cost so I kept the silver.

Fast delivery and a very attractive product. However, practically impossible for my professional contractor to install because the space between the decorative covers, which are not removable, and the backplates does not allow for screws to be installed straight in. He overcame this by using longer screws than those that came with the bars, and angling the screws. But it took a long time to figure out and accomplish this installation.

The bars came scratched. I will be returning them for a refund. These things happen sometimes, but I will still continue shopping for other products in the future. Thank you.

Perfect match for my other fixtures with the right color tones (many choices) forvthe room. Classic and sleek...looks classu for a safety item . I liked having that option

Very poor design. It’s virtually impossible to install and use a drill. The escutcheon is in the way of the screw holes. Terrible design.

Excellent quality. Exactly as pictured and described. Sturdy and matched my existing bathroom fixtures. Added safety when using shower was just what I wanted.

High quality and the perfect size for my mom. The grab bar is solid and has a very nice steel finish. This will look very nice in our newly remodeled shower.

The hall bathroom was recently gutted and now has a very new, sleek look. I am always concerned about safety in the bathroom, and decided to put a safety bar in the shower/bathtub. This safety bar complements the new bathroom and is functional!

Nice.....But!

The bar is nicely made an well finished. However, the mounting is poorly designed in that it is impossible to drive a screw straight into the mounting surface. Even with an extension, the screw must be cocked at a 20 degree angle to drive.

This is the perfect size for us in our new shower! It Is stylish, durable and very reasonably priced. We placed it under the niche, about waste level, in our shower. It offers extra security in the case we need to grab it while moving around on slick tile. Thank you Wayfair.

Excellent grab bar. Good quality and very solid. Our only complaint is that it comes with screws but not anchors. If you want to put it on tile wall in your bath as we did, you may need to buy anchors separately. I am giving it only 4 stars for this reason only.

All of the fixtures in my bath are minimalist with simple lines. I didn't want my bathroom to look like a granny's, and it doesn't. This dual purposed grab bar and towel rack allows me the security I may need getting out of the tub in the future, but it is a stellar towel rack in the 36" length. Sleek in chrome with some bling and strong attention to detail. It could not have been a better choice. I'd do it again and have recommended it to others. Even my contractor said it was a beautiful and functional wonder. He's right!

Love the new sleek style of this grab bar !

This bar is easy to install and looks sleek and modern compared to the old standard grab bars I had. The brushed nickel finish matches all the other brushed nickel finishes I used in my bathroom remodel. This bar actually makes me feel younger when I look at it and use it ! Ha!

The look is great, but the design is horrible and makes installation ridiculous. There isn’t enough room between the decorative cover and the screws to get a screwdriver in to attach. I’ve flipped houses and yet had to use pliers and installing at an angle to try and make it work per the directions.

This is the second infinity grab bar I have purchased. The first was two years ago for my master bath remodel. The quality and style is impeccable and it’s very easy to keep clean and shiny like new. I like the modern style. Awesome product.
