I've been suffering from lower back pain after sitting so many hours on the daily, and this chair has provided an immense relief. It's been great at getting in those lower back knots. I'd also like to add that I am a large built and fit comfortably in this chair. My wife and kids also enjoy using it and has become a new family favorite.

I bought my chair from the CES in Vegas. It is a wonderful chair. Very easy to put together. Love this chair it’s just what I was hoping for. It’s not for light hearted massages. It’s very intense. (If to strong use a pillow in chair, it takes the intensity away). This chair will mot disappoint for looks or massages. I use this more than what I thought I would. I planned on putting this in basement. Hasn’t moved from my livingroom.

Great Chair!

I’ve had this chair for a couple of years and it has been great. We love using it when we home from work. It’s relaxing and helps us to wind down. I love that it has a variety of settings to choose from. I can take deep tissue strength and wish it could give stronger pressure, but it still does the trick. It helps with all of my health issues.

This is a great massage chair for anyone and would definitely recommend anyone considering it to purchase one. The remote is easy to use and pick options for a massage and a quick 20 minute massage turns into 30min. You’re able to get a full body massage with how it is laid out and the family all love using it when they come over. You can adjust how far back you want to lay and how high up you want your legs to be which is a great option! Definitely worth the purchase and would recommend it. The delivery was seamless as well.

Amazing chair

After testing this chair as a floor model, I was so impressed that I had to buy it! Pain between my shoulder blades has kept me from getting decent sleep for weeks. 20 min in this chair dramatically reduced the discomfort!

Well made and the right fit.

The chair has a good configuration for a larger person. It has a wide seat and better design for the arm rests. It is extremely powerful. But once you find your favorite setting you can relax and enjoy after a hard day. I highly recommend the chair.

We bought this chair after sitting in many, many others. This chair is amazing!! The thought that I can come home after a long day and relax with a massage is the best feeling. This chair has so many different functions, and soon you will know your favorite one. It massages everything from your toes to your head. And their customer service is top notch. We had an issue that was our own fault, and they responded right away worked with us to get the problem fixed.

So relaxing & comfortable

The Jin is much easier to put together, compared to Synca Kagra. Jin is very comfortable to sit/relax in. (6) 20min auto-courses. All movements, transitioning into different types of massages are smooth. Kagra pauses between each changing movement, not allowing me to fully relax. The armrest keeps your hands/arms in place, unlike Kagra, always fall out. The foot massage rollers are so soothing & relaxing; not painful like others...actual rollers, not just a ball pushing into the bottom of foot.

Very Satisfied! From delivery, assembly, and use! Has a lot of great features for the price, got it on special from HD for like 1800 tx incl. Now for the chair functions: it does a wonderful job along the back, neck, feet, calves. Hands and arms are done adequately, thighs not so much. Heating section is perfect, you are able manually set the track width as well to suit your comfort. Handheld display is easy to navigate, but i wish you could control the volume of the buttons, a little loud when pressing. The integrated speakers work well, although the BT connection instructions are a little hard to find. Overall we are very pleased at this point with our purchase. Got it for my wife on Mothers Day! Lifetime massage without the appointment. I would recommend this chair to anyone looking to make the leap.
