Wonderful... enjoyed daily use UNTIL control panel failure... beeping, flashing, intermittent operation.

Absolute waste of money

garbage product didnt even last a year. worked good at the start but then burnt wire smell started coming.

Excellent. Slightly smaller than V1 and the beeping is really loud and annoying when selecting time and temperature. Sound can be rurned off but its ALL off or nothing so yiu dont get flip food or done beeps if turned off.

Ready for the landfill

I’m so disappointed with Insta customer service. Our Insta Omni Pro panel went crazy one day and started beeping randomly. Unfortunately the timer also started and stopped randomly, which kept burning the food. The only suggestion that customer service had for us was to buy a new one because they had no provisions for repairs nor did they have any parts or recommended repair shops. So the oven has become expensive garbage. Should have bought one with simpler electronics

Extremely hard to clean

This is an excellent air fryer but cleaning it is a nightmare. I've tried all kinds of cleaning products and nothing can remove the stains from the oven. In order to continue using it I make sure to clean off the oil and any grease buildup every few days. In that way It allows me to use it without risk of burning or smells. It works well but the stains are permanent. Unfortunately, it's a good oven but I cannot recommend it because of the cleaning nightmare. I will replace it when I can.

Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!

My wife and I HATE this thing. Every time you push any button or turn the knob it freaking beeps! This is pretty much the whole reason we hate this thing. The beeps are loud and hi pitched. Every time you turn the knob, to adjust the temp, you can feel the the graduation bumps inside the knob. Every time you hit one of those bumps it beeps. It is so freaking annoying and loud that you can wake people. DO NOT BUY

instructions are important for use as it is confusing if you just try to it on and use it.

Faulty product, HORRIBLE customer service

At barely 10 months in, the glass on the front door separated from the door frame. I contacted the customer service warranty department for Instant brands and got an immediate response. Thought this was a good sign. NOT! They continue to promise, break the promises, lie, contradict themselves, and never follow through. One star is being generous. I will never buy an Instant, Corelle, Pyrex, Corningware, Chicago Cutlery, etc... brand again. The quality sucks but what made me get to this point is that they make promises that are nothing but lies.

I have only had this oven for a short while and so far so good.

I want to like this, but I will probably return

My big issue with this appliance is that the door makes a very loud click/pop when opening and closing it. I am trying to do some research to see if this is an error on my end, but so far no luck.

Received with Dan malfunction. Second time

Fan stopped working.

Fan started going out within a month of having it. I had to wait for it to warm up a bit, then smack the back for the fan to work. It worked amazing other than that.

Love that you can just open the top door!!!!
