I love the table but it can damaged

The table came damaged and when I contacted the store they said they could not do anything about it unless I payed a new delivery fee to have a new one delivered to my house which is crazy I’m not gonna pay more money for an item when the damages came from the store. Very upset that I have to live with a damaged table that I just bought

It never seems to amaze me on the great quality of furniture that American furniture warehouse has and the incredible prices on top of that I will surely never go anywhere else, but American furniture warehouse for all my furniture needs and there great staff

Great In-Store experience, bad delivery

My wife and I recently purchased a table from AFW and the in-store experience and quality of the furniture itself was great! The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because the delivery experience was horrible. The delivery included the wrong furniture and when we asked for the correct furniture we were told it would take another week. I ended up driving to the warehouse and picking up the furniture myself. It tarnished the experience for sure. It may not prevent us from buying from AFW again, but we will be much more cautious and I doubt we will ever pay for delivery again.

Very helpfull staff, love all our furniture, only problem is the beds a bit firm. Not AFW fault however, I might send back within the window I'm alloted.

Family Table

Great table for family gathering - love the hide away compartment for the extension- covert from a table from six to eight - very very nice - all wood is the a plus . Customer service is great resolved a small issue - one of the legs was missing the cushion - sent replacements a total of four via FedEx - love the customer service !!!
