Assembly did not go well half the screw holes did not line up with the ones on the other piece made assembly nearly impossible
Purchased this for an event on the 3rd wk of Sept.
I purchased this item on 8/30/2021. They haven't extended me the common courtesy of letting me know when this will ship. They collected the money, then after that crickets. Their chat reps are trained to say "We apologize for the inconvenience" and that's it.
Love this chair. Comfortable, and it just looks great in my bedroom. Just a great purchase.

Pretty but uncomfortable
We have the small round chair and love it so we bought this.. So sad, it is SO uncomfortable! The ratan is felt through the cushion and there is nothing you can do about it.
