Great boxes for files, other uses

These are perfect for storing the items I want shredded. They are replacing cardboard boxes. They came completely undamaged too.

Disappointed

Received the 3 pack of storage boxes today. All three lids for the boxes were broken. Not packed well for shipping.

Medium sized and practical

I like the size. Easy to handle even if filled with files. I like that I can use them for legal as well as letter size documents. The lids are a little flimsy, so I would not stack a heavy load on top. They are practical and stack easily into a good spot in the office.

1 File box and 2 lids arrived broken

You would think with as many bad reviews, that I wish I would have read, this product has they would fix their painfully obvious shipping issue.

I had these delivered. There was no bubble wrap, etc. to protect them in the box. They arrived cracked

Damaged Lids

Received package and two of the lids are cracked. No signs of damage on the packaging. Called 800 # to see if lids could be replaced. 10 min wait for answer. CSR said they will send new ones and arrange pickup of old ones. Will re-review when new ones get here.

File boxes are great except one top was cracked

I liked the product. I ordered several boxes of 5. One box had 3 broken lids. I am not happy about this.

These were the most economical file boxes I could find at about $10 each. They are lightweight so if you'll be using & moving the boxes a lot you might want something stronger.

great price, but fragile

First order one of the tops was damaged. Received easy replacement. this time the lower boxes was very damaged. These are fragile. Another broke as I was moving the box with files in it.
