The tiles look very good in person, I was surprised

Product is fantastic, really good warm color in the marble YET please be aware that I had to order 2 extra tiles (because in the first delivery 2 were broken) and 2 out of the 2 deliveries came in broken. I highly recommend picking up these tiles in a store.

Yikes. Seriously yikes!!!

This is how the tile was shipped to Lowe’s. When they rolled the pallet to our vehicle and unwrapped it, this was the scene. I couldn’t believe anyone would ship tile like this. It wasn’t even boxed. The big tile had crushed the smaller tile. The carelessness that it took to create this mess is actually really sad. What a waste. This was also after we had waited an additional week for it to arrive. I understand this isn’t Lowe’s fault. We really like their employees, but now we’re seeing another delay in shipping on our next order and there’s no efforts to make it better other than, “we’ll order more.”

A lot of defective tiles

A lot of cracks and one has something that looks like drill hole. While cutting its smell like corian which is extremely harmful!

HD installer wouldn’t even use

After a month of waiting and 20+ phone calls to arrange purchase, delivery, and installation the installers wouldn’t use tiles without me signing something that said they wouldn’t be responsible for poor quality install. I refused. They said tiles were uneven and a bad choice for a floor. The tiles were beautiful except for the chips and scratches from HD shipping them to me on a palate and not in their boxes. HD didn’t stand behind product or installation team.

It was way too thick and too big for my project. I found another tile at HD that worked way better.

Subtle beauty

We installed this in a small laundry room. It’s is stunning. We trimmed each tile with a Schulter metal trim, matched the grout to tile to finish sealing metal trim. The tiles were easy to cut, A little flexible , not brittle like other tiles. To seal the tiles I used a stone sealer, old bottle of aqua mix marble sealer. The reason for the 4 on delivery: the tape used to secure tiles. Only Pam cooking spray and flat razor seemed to get it off.
