No assembly required. just install hook or screws and hang up. Blue is a great color, and the variable brightness settings are helpful. 24 inch size is very easy to read. Clock can be set to 12 hour setting in any time zone, or 24 hour clock setting. arrived at my local Home Depot fast. I am very satisfied.
