Gorgeous Rug! Exactly what I expected.

Great service quality product.

The delivery was excellent, and the rug is beautiful. The colors are perfect for our master bedroom. The wool and bamboo silk are a great combination. We are ordering another one in a different color for our dining room when it comes back in stock.

Great quality but the color was not like the photos! In fact in each of the photos (of the same rug) there was a large variance in color. You have to do better with your expensive rugs!

Beautiful colors and very comfortable

Gorgeous rug. Exactly as pictured. However, the manner in which it was rolled remains a challenge. The rug rolls regardless of weighted efforts. Hopefully, in time this will cease.

My rug has two lines across the whole rug. I laid out yesterday, the lines are not going away. Does it look like a missing thread?
