Nice rug. The lighter blue shade is very difficult to match with towels, but you can draw on the navy instead. It does shed some, that might decrease with time?

Beautiful Blue

I mention that this rug is very blue because the title refers to it as "ivory/dark grey" however it definitely gives the overall impression of being a blue and white rug. I've had it in place for about five months, and although I do take shoes off in the house, I've had parties and pets and it still doesn't look dirty, perhaps because the white is slightly grey/white. It does tend to shed a lot into the vacuum cleaner, but otherwise there is not much shedding, just what you can see in the picture. It is very thick and comfortable underfoot, even with a thin rug pad underneath. Overall, I highly recommend this as a nice cheerful modern rug.

Color pattern is very attractive with a minimal amount of shedding typical of all wool rugs when initially vacuumed. Tightly woven throughout and will withstand frequent vacuuming and high foot traffic Thick and cushiony to walk on and given reasonable care will provide many years of service. Edges are nicely finished and have a slip resistant finish on the backside which is a plus. This wool rug is imported by Safavieh a well known home furnishings distributor who also sells quality seats and chairs.
