Thick, beautiful rug
Seems thick and premium. Have yet to use it but seems like it will last a long time. We are very happy so far. Time will tell how long it holds up for.

More brown than grey
The rug is great. But “grey” is misleading. It’s definitely more brown/tan. I’m keeping it because it’s temporary, but if grey was absolutely necessary, I would have to return.
Plush rug feels amazing on feet, good quality.

Soft, shaggy but not too much
If you are looking for something soft, shaggy, yet not to shaggy, then this is it! It also brightens up and dark space with its lighter base color.

Looks and feels great! Perfect look and fit for our remodeled guest bathroom. I love the neutral mix of ivory, grey and beige in the pattern. So, so soft and cushiony to walk on! The shag is 1 inch thick but doesnt appear shaggy looking. I feel like it adds to the spa look and feel I was going for when I designed the room.
Had so much anxiety committing to such a large (and not exactly cheap) rug ... but when we unrolled it, all anxiety subsided. It is wonderful for switching up the look of neutral rooms, is so soft when barefooted and cleans well. (Takes a few days for the wrinkles to come out.)
