Sad to NOT recommend

Absolutely do NOT recommend this chair. I'm sad to report that the quality is extremely poor, to the point that we could not even assemble it. Having to return it. I'm used to good quality products from BB&B, but they sure did let me down this time.

awful all the way around

the only problem purchasing furniture online is you cant try it out and the color of the fabric never reads well on the computer. I have had this arm chair for a couple years and there is nothing i could recommend. the color is fowl and the cushions are a high densitey foam that is not comfortable. i got what i paid for and i hope you learn from my mistakes!

Orangey stain

Chair seems nice but the arms and legs are a orangey wood stain really off with the rest of the wood and colors in the room..has to go back

Looks great, solid quality.

Great quality. Bought it for my daughter as a house-warming present. She decorated and sent a picture. And then re-decorated and sent another. She loves it.

chairs are great, directions aren't

I really like the chair, now that it's together. The directions were not very thorough. The two upholstered pieces need to be bolted from the bottom. I didn't realize that from the picture. I had a terrible time with one bolt and had to get a neighbor to help. He totally loosened the previous bolt and had no trouble. The directions need to be upgraded. I almost returned both chairs.

Not what I expected, but I put them to good use

We got these chairs for our waiting room office space. They were much too wide and deep for waiting room chairs, but we put them in our personal space and I’ve got to say I fell in love bc I can sit cross legged in meditation in this chair!

The chair is great--the directions for assembly, however, were not. Didn't indicate the correct bolts for the bottom rail, so it took about an hour and a half to put together instead of about 20 minutes.

Easy assembly, seats cushions not very comfortable

Packaged and shipped securely. The assembly was easy. The cushions and appearance look nice however the brown plastic trim snaps look cheap and the seat cushions are not very comfortable. Would not order again

I love this chair! It came quickly and was so easy to assemble. It looks exactly the picture. I used it in a small nook area of our condo and it is the perfect fit.

These are nice accent chairs- look so similar to other versions I have seen that are more expensive. The are fairly comfortable and have held their shape well. I got two of them to sit opposite of our sofa and they help to brighten up the room.

Came with a broken piece. Not crazy about the color of the wood either- more reddish. Size is great- larger than most chairs that are similar in style. Hoping to find a similar chair in lighter wood.
