Not as in the pictures. Customer service was interesting. They charge a substantial amount to return. I will never purchase from them again.

Good quality, but a little on the yellow side for me.

It’s a nice rug, the color just leans a tad on the yellowish white side for my taste, and will most likely be returning. Looks more white/yellow/ivory in person than in the photo.

Beautiful! Exceeded my expectations. The color has some slight color variations throughout, which in my opinion, makes it even more beautiful. Jute is not a soft material, but this feels softer than my other Jute rugs in my home.

Perfect neutral rug

This rug is perfect if you're looking for a nice neutral affordable option. The color and texture brings a nice warm white accent to our wood floor. It is a woven rug, so it doesn't have a heavy backing - I like that about it, but it does shift a bit if it's in a heavily trafficked area. Overall, this rug is really beautiful and I'm glad I purchased!

The rug is great and a perfect match to our other one. The labeling was very detailed, thankyou, but almost impossible to remove. A GEEK Squad visitor suggested we use a hair dryer to remove them; it worked. We suggest you let other know.

Beautiful...for a week or so

This rug is so beautiful, however, it does not clean up at all. I had a contractor change out my ceiling fan and some dust and light debris fell from the existing fan. I worked on this for a long time and couldn't get it out. There are also a few pet stains...does not come out even if you get to it immediately. I have to replace it after just a few months of use. I am very disappointed in this rug. I did try to Scotchguard it, but that didn't seem to work either.

Better than pictures!

Great rug! I feel like the pictures can be a bit deceiving on this listing. I was hesitant to buy because a couple picture make the rug appear more of a “cotton” fabric but it’s not the case! I took the leap wanting a more natural jute-looking rug and that’s what I got. In person it is a light (almost bleached) looking jute rug. Thick and perfect for high traffic areas.

Huge size for a great price!

This is a fantastic rug and nothing in the 12 x 15 Size can rival the quality and the price of this piece. The weave is excellent and the colors are soft and neutral and form a great base to help layer more things on top if needed. We waited six months to write this review and the drug has held up really well. This has totally brightened up our living room and we would highly recommend this product to anyone.

I am using this rug

I am using this rug under my kitchen table, and love the way it looks! It’s much softer than I expected, and the color is exactly what I was looking for. I only gave this rug four stars because it is already starting to fray around the edges. I’ve been able to tuck the pieces back in, but am not sure how it will wear over time.

a soft neutral rug

a great casual rug for my sunroom! it's surprising very soft even with the jute in it! the cotton is weaved around the jute. it does seem fairly delicate so not sure how it'll hold up ...it stretches if you pull in any direction and it's possible to get things snagged in it although i haven't had any issues with my dog walking on it so far. overall, worth the price!

Beautiful Rug and worth the price!

Beautiful rug, fairly easy to lay out, and the colors looks great. Overall we are happy with our purchase. Some people complained that it stretches out and it definitely has some give, but not enough where I wouldn't purchase it. It was exactly what we were looking for
