rough fabric, cheap looking

I wasn't impressed with these shams. The fabric is very rough, and didn't soften when I washed it. They look cheap in comparison to the other shams i bought. I only kept them because of the cost to return them. Not worth what I paid for them at all.

Purchased for our guest room bed. They look crisp and clean, and fit the pillows snugly (no baggy shams here.) Good purchase.

A new dimension of color to my bedding

I needed two additional pillow shams and although they do not perfectly match the two I already had, the slight shade difference adds another dimension to my all-white bedding

The cotton blend poplin tailored pillow shams (2 pack) were purchased as part of a wedding gift for family. The bride and groom were very pleased with the look and quality of the shams and they made the new bedding pop with color and design.

Ugly and cheap!!!

These shams are just that, a sham, the material is stiff and unforgiving, it's like an old Pup tent. But it gets worse every piece of lint, dust, hair clings to them even after running them through the wash with fabric softener and a dryer sheet they just look bad. Oh and the hemming around the edges has long gaps where the thread either broke or just ran out. The flap in back is too short so the sham doesn't close properly. A very bad buy in my opinion.

I wanted to find white King sized pillow shams to match an existing coverlet. It was very difficult to find in stores. These were perfect. Fabric was stiff enough to hold up the ruffle, but not too stiff to be uncomfortable. Fit the king sized pillows perfectly.

Not worth it.

These shams are the worst. Even though I knew I was buying a low thread count, I didn't except them to be so scratchy and cheap looking. Purchased Navy that arrived looking faded and after one wash they look like I mopped the floor with them. So not worth the purchase. Maybe white could pass, but any color you purchase will probably look (and feel) terrible!

My king size pillow shams are perfect with my white down comforter and accent throw. They're bright and roomy and will accommodate newer pillows with more shape in the future. I washed the first but used an iron on steam setting to get wrinkles out. They are made well and I'm sure I'll get a lot of use with this casual look.

These shams have great color. They are a flat matt if that is what you are looking for. THEY ARE NOT good for sleeping. They are ROUGH. I was particularly looking for a travel pillow sham so I expect to be sleeping on it. These things feel like sandpaper and I can't imagine my face sleeping on them. I have opted to use them as decor pillow shams for a bed set I have because they are not for comfortable nights sleep.

If I had the chance to buy again I wouldn't for a couple of reasons. The hand on the material is awful. The fabric is thick, stiff and itchy. I purchased these in black. I had to stop using after the first time because of the LINT. You don't want LINT on your black shams. Thumbs down.

These might deserve a better rating but I bought an alternate down comforter in ivory and these were to match it. The pillow shams are the proper color but the comforter is way off. The return shipping on these shams is pretty pricey so I'll be keeping them even though they won't work with either of my bedrooms linens. Perhaps I'll donate the shams to a woman's shelter.

These are exactly what I needed for my king size bed and the new comforter set. The fabric is perfect and has enough body to stand up nicely in front of my headboard. The white blends well with the white and aqua shades of the comforter. Now my bed looks like something you would see in Better Homes and Gardens magazine.

I love the color and texture of the Cotton Blend Poplin Tailored Decorative Pillow Shams (pack of 2) in King Mocha AND the 2) Fresh Ideas Poplin 14" drop bedskirt in King Mocha. The fabric texture and color of the bedskirt and shams are identical, therefore match perfectly. I paired these with another Overstock purchase: the VCNY Nina Embossed 3-piece KING quilt set for my king bed. I bought white (the quilt fabric feels like fine brushed no-iron cotton and washed flawlessly).

Pills after one wash, rough texture

I was new to poplin, but thought it would be a sturdy fabric for decorating with. They pulled after one wash and require ironing. Won't buy again. Planning on quilted shams without the two inch trim. Easier to wash with my husband who doesn't understand a decorative pillow (or pillow case) from a normal one. 🙄

Great Pillow Shams

Love my new shams. The color is a perfect match for my bedroom, and they give a great touch to my room. I got some white ones also, and I swap them back and forth to go with my navy and my white sheets that I purchased from Overstock. I also bought a white sheet with a mostly navy print from Overstock, and my bedspread is white. This combo gives me many ways to decorate with our spending too much money.

Good, Quality Pillow Shams

I purchased this 2 pk. of pillow shams because I needed extra shams for my Queen size bed. I always use 2 sets and these were a poly-cotton blend, so I knew that they would wash well and hold up over time. I like the simple flange on the shams. They match with any bedding combination, so I'm happy to have gotten them. I would recommend these shams, but do expect that they might be a bit stiff at first.

Worst shams I have ever purchased

Read the reviews and thought I would not have a problem. Last year purchased shams from a competitor, and no matter how hard I tried I could not get the wrinkles out. At the end of the season switched to my winter shams and quilt and threw them in the garbage. This year read all the review, they were a few dollars more than the competitor (and I need four) received these, and took them out of the package, washed them and did not even dry them they were so permanently wrinkled I tried to iron them dry. After 40 mins they were still as wrinkled as ever! Junk, Junk, Junk, and these went into the trash as well. So disappointed I cannot believe it happened again!!!

Levinsohn Tailored Poplin Pillow Sham

I ordered one king size in white. After machine washing & low control on dryer, I used a warm iron setting. No fuss. Fits beautifully. Arranged other throw pillows surrounding the sham pillow for that extra style on the guest room bed. Love the look. What a great product, what a great price.
