I wanted to love this rug after having gone through a few and donating them because of multiple reasons. A few things that I should have paid attention to: The pattern is raised so it is therefore more susceptible to the lower part of the rug for wear and snags. Given the raised portion is a lighter color it was looking dingy sooner than I would have expected and it got a lot of snags too Perhaps if the colors were reversed it may have helped but the height difference was still significant so walking on it was also odd. I did not find that the beige color was accurate either. I'm not sure what it was named but it had a pinkish hue to it and did not match any beige or taupe in the room. These are the reasons I would say some carpets should be seen in person.

Luxurious Rug

This was the perfect area rug to give my master bathroom a spa-like feel. Very thick and feels like a pillow under your feet. The color is soft and delicate. Beautiful!

This looks like a pretty rug, but it is not made by the manufacturer as listed on this website. It is made by Safavaieh, with which I have had trouble in the past. Luckily I ordered a small version as a sample. The previous Safavieh purchased a few years ago was worn nearly though after only 2 years. That was $1000 lost.

This was exactly the color (spa) I was looking for- looks great in my upstairs hallway.

I love this rug! I put this in my kitchen and I love it. Beautiful and plush. I will say it is more gray then brown and it does show dirt very easily.

It is not grey in color like it says, it looks very violet. Due to return shipping we decided to keep it. First one did arrive damaged and we had great customer service to exchange it.

The colors are great but the odor really bothers me. After 2 weeks, I can still smell "wet dog". Next time I'll be more careful about where the rug is made.

Love this rug! It is the perfect color light blue and cream. The rug is thick and soft. It also hasn't shed as much as other wool rugs I've own in the past. Definitely a great quality rug for the price!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, this rug with all of my heart! It's the perfect rug! Very good quality, nice feel and very expensive looking. This rug completes my bedroom perfectly. It's a spa blue color for sure, very accurate with the picture and it's cream or beige for the other color. I'd give this rug one million stars if I could!

Our rug arrived in a quick time frame but we were so disappointed when we laid it out and saw flaws and a stain on the left-hand side of rug and near the bottom of the pattern. What was more disappointing as I tried to call customer service but it was a disconnected number and I could not reach customer service on line, which made it even more frustrating. I think we received a rug which could have been returned by someone else because it did not look fresh. As of date I cannot find on my emails or on the website the customer service phone number or direct link for my complaints. I love the pattern of the rug that I chose and I wish Overstock would replace it. I hope they read these reviews and contact me to resolve my grievance.
